170. AMNESTY INSANITY

I was not going to post about this, but my bro Sherman from another mother sent me his analysis. See what you think.

Doubtless, you, too, are suffering through the ongoing kerfuffle about the Atlantic Magazine article written by a woman who is obviously a voice of the global predators. What was its purpose? Remember that I am a retired emergency physician whose thought process is a simple binary—does the patient go home or get admitted to the hospital?

The general feeling by most people is that the post was a trial balloon to feel out what would happen to our freaked-out, misunderstood billionaires if their genocide was exposed and punished. Since our foes are subtle and have many hidden knives, I doubt this narrative. The article was more likely yet another gaslighting attempt designed to confuse, intimidate, and agitate us.

The significant historical precedent for what could happen is Nuremberg. Twenty-one defendants were tried. Twelve were sentenced to death, seven were sent to prison, and three were acquitted. Further trials involved 177 defendants. Twenty-four of these were sentenced to death, 20 to lifelong imprisonment, and 98 received other prison sentences. Twenty-five were found not guilty. Thousands of other guilty Germans were allowed to enter the US, and many obtained government jobs.

Their collective crimes resulted in roughly 27 million dead. This figure triples if you count the Russian murders of their own people. Today's total is likely 25 million dead, yet the "vaccinations" continue.

Much as I enjoy revenge porn, debating what happens at the end of the war is beyond ridiculous. It is like deciding whether the patient had a heart attack before the hospital is built.

Here is Sherman’s post:

This all fell into my lap the other day. My writing is in italics, and most of the rest is from Wikipedia.

After reading Emily Oster’s “Let’s Declare a Pandemic Amnesty” in the Deep State rag The Atlantic, then reading numerous Covid-truthers’ written responses (“Let’s Not”), I asked myself just what is an amnesty? I soon learned that an amnesty for the current situation was against our laws.

Amnesty: a pardon extended by the government to a group or class of people, usually for a political offense; the act of a sovereign power officially forgiving certain classes of people who are subject to trial but have not yet been convicted…

Controversies also raise towards amnesties given to alleged perpetrators of the most serious crimes of international law (or crimes of the Jus Cogens which include genocide, crimes against humanity…) Courts have rejected amnesties for such crimes.

What is Jus Cogens?

Jus Cogens, or a Peremptory Norm is a fundamental principle of international law that is accepted by the international community of states as a norm from which no derogation is permitted …it is generally accepted that jus cogens bans genocide, maritime piracy, enslaving in general, wars of aggression and territorial aggrandizement, torture

What is genocide?

In 1948, the United Nations Genocide Convention defined genocide as any of five "acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group." These five acts were: killing members of the group, causing them serious bodily or mental harm, imposing living conditions intended to destroy the group, preventing births, and forcibly transferring children out of the group. Victims are targeted because of their real or perceived membership of a group, not randomly

Well, now you’ve got my attention! Let’s Covid-ize the preceding: killing elderly in nursing homes, killing with Remdesivir and ventilators and so-called vaccines; causing mental harm by forced isolation, forced mask-wearing, cessation of education, the closing of churches; depriving small business owners of income, depriving “non-essential workers” of income; affecting the reproductive cycle either by miscarriage or possible sterility.

Farther down the page:

Generally speaking, genocide does not necessarily mean the immediate destruction of a nation, except when accomplished by mass killings of all members of a nation. It is intended rather to signify a coordinated plan of different actions aiming at the destruction of the essential foundations of the life of national groups, with the aim of annihilating the groups themselves. The objectives of such a plan would be disintegration of the political and social institutions, of culture, language, national feelings, religion, and the economic existence of national groups, and the destruction of the personal security, liberty, health, dignity, and even the lives of the individuals belonging to such groups.

No, the preceding was not excerpted from Klaus Schwab’s Event 201 – it is Wikipedia explaining what genocide is.

Farther down the page:

In 1996, Gregory Stanton, the president of Genocide Watch, presented a briefing paper called "The 8 Stages of Genocide" at the United States Department of State. [2 more added in 2012]

1-Classification

“People are divided into ‘us and them.’” [Vaxxers and Anti-vaxxers]

2-Symbolization

"When combined with hatred, symbols may be forced upon unwilling members of pariah groups..." [The Mask]

3-Discrimination

"Law or cultural power excludes groups from full civil rights: segregation or apartheid laws, denial of voting rights". [No church for you! Liquor stores, however, are essential]

4-Dehumanization

"One group denies the humanity of the other group. Members of it are equated with animals, vermin, insects, or diseases." [The non-compliant are endangering the lives of others]

5-Organization

"Genocide is always organized... Special army units or militias are often trained and armed..." [Overflow hospitals, drive-in swab testing, travel regulations]

6-Polarization

"Hate groups broadcast polarizing propaganda..." [CNN vs. Fox, The Science vs. MAGA, remote school vs. open school]

7-Preparation

"Victims are identified and separated out because of their ethnic or religious identity..." [Vaccine cards, Q-code health status apps]

8-Persecution

"Expropriation, forced displacement, ghettos, concentration camps” [can’t visit loved one in hospital, imprisoned in your own home]

9-Extermination

"It is 'extermination' to the killers because they do not believe their victims to be fully human.” [banning life-saving medicines while imposing deadly procedures]

10-Denial

"The perpetrators... deny that they committed any crimes..." [and this is where The Atlantic comes in…]

We’ve encountered the word “killing” five times in the verbiage above. Killing is murder. Let’s take a look at “Murder”:

The elements of common law murder are:

-unlawful

-killing

-through criminal act or omission

-of a human

-by another human

-with malice aforethought

More on malice:

The four states of mind recognized as constituting "malice" are:

-intent to kill

-intent to inflict grievous bodily harm short of death

-reckless indifference to an unjustifiably high risk to human life

-intent to commit a dangerous felony [e.g., rob a bank]

Anyone who's watched a cop show is aware of mitigating circumstances when a murder is committed, e.g., insanity or diminished capacity, but what about aggravating circumstances?

AGGRAVATING CIRCUMSTANCES

Murder with specified aggravating circumstances is often punished more harshly. Depending on the jurisdiction, such circumstances may include:

Premeditation

[again, Event 201]

Poisoning

[mRNA experimental therapy of unknown content]

Murder of a child

[miscarriages, mRNA for kids who are not in danger from Covid]

Murder of a police officer, judge, firefighter, or witness to a crime

[well, not murder, but extensive intimidation and silencing thereof]

Murder of a pregnant woman

[among the millions]

Crime committed for pay or other reward, such as contract killing

[hospital bonuses from the Feds for vents, Remdesivir, and Covid deaths]

Exceptional brutality or cruelty

[does murdering randomly in the entire world qualify?]

Methods which are dangerous to the public, e.g. explosion, arson, shooting in a crowd

[perversion of prudent public health practices]

Murder for a political cause

[I’ll leave this one to the reader’s own sensibility]

Murder committed in order to conceal another crime or facilitate its commission

[surely, examples will arise]

Hate crimes, which occur when a perpetrator targets a victim because of their perceived membership in a certain social group.

[the middle class, for one]

Let’s return to the beginning. Here is the definition of amnesty from the 1828 Webster Dictionary:

An act of oblivion; a general pardon of the offenses of subjects against the government, or the proclamation of such pardon

Granting amnesty is an act of the government.

How will that work when the US and most world governments are the perpetrators of the genocidal offenses?

Our CDC and FDA and departments of justice and judges and police and state governors and health authorities have been intimately involved in every step of this massive assault on the lives and livelihoods of “their” constituents, who pay their salaries.

We have just learned that an amnesty is impossible, given adherence to international law. Thus, any such decision will be just another chapter in the crime itself.

Some may protest that genocide cannot be exercised upon an indistinct group such as "the United States citizens," "Europe," or "the whole planet." Wrong. One must understand the topsy-turvy world we now occupy. The persecuting group implementing the Covid crime outrages comprises billionaires and their psychopathic minions. Are you a billionaire? Are you a psychopath? If not, you are eligible for extermination.

Yoho conclusion: Despite these statutes, full justice is unlikely any time soon or maybe ever. But we must catch and destroy some of the middle administrators such as Fauci and corporations such as Pfizer. If we do this, we may be able to slow or even halt the psychopaths and their plans. Using the laws, overcoming the censors, and keeping the US intact are the keys to our survival.
