David Martin, PhD, presents evidence that Covid-19 injections are not vaccines, but bioweapons that are being used as genocide against the global population. These stimulate the victims’ bodies to manufacture the harmful spike protein.

Martin believes that the number who may die was revealed in 2011 when the World Health Organization announced the “decade of vaccination.” Their objective was a global population reduction of 15%. This equates to the deaths of 700 million people. In the US alone, it could be between 75 and 100 million fatalities.

When asked about the time frame, Martin speculates that “there are economic reasons why some people hope this happens between now and 2028.” He says that the approaching bankruptcy of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid was the reason why people over 65 were targeted.

In March 2022, Martin filed a federal lawsuit against President Biden, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services alleging that Covid-19 shots turn the body into a biological weapons factory manufacturing spike protein. He said that using the term “vaccination” for this is a lie because the injections are instead a gene therapy.2 Martin says, “[We will hold] people criminally accountable for their domestic terrorism, their crimes against humanity and the… coronavirus weaponization [going] back to 1998.”3

SARS-CoV-2 Has Been in the Works for Decades

Martin’s company, M-Cam International Innovation Risk Management, is the world’s largest underwriter of financial intangible assets for 168 countries. He has tracked patent applications and approvals since 1998. M-Cam has also monitored biological and chemical weapons treaty violations for the US government since the anthrax scare in September 2001.4

Dr. Martin says that there are more than 4,000 patents relating to the SARS coronavirus. His company also performed a comprehensive review of the research funding for the manipulation of coronaviruses that produced the SARS subcategory. Much of it was paid for by the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (“NIAID”) under Anthony Fauci’s direction.5 Martin explains:6

In 1999, Anthony Fauci and Ralph Baric at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill started weaponizing coronavirus. They patented it in 2002, a year before the SARS outbreak in China.
They called it an “infectious replication defective chimaera” of coronavirus. Replication defective means its damage is primarily to the target and not to the target’s family, friends, or community. (Chimaera is a combination of two or more organisms.) This patented replication-defective infectious coronavirus… became the first SARS virus.
It was perfected between 2013 and 2016 during the gain of function moratorium, but the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill was granted an exemption from this. In 2016, Ralph Baric published a paper saying that the Wuhan Institute of Virology coronavirus was ‘poised for human emergence.’ They understood that it was a bioweapon since 2005 and created it to destroy humanity.

Covid-19 Shots Are an “Act of Bioterrorism”

According to Martin, Covid-19 shots direct the body to manufacture the spike protein toxin. This substance has been a biologic weapon concern for the last fifteen years.7

Rather than being a public health measure, Covid-19 shots are an act of bioterrorism. Martin says that in 2015 Dr. Peter Daszak, head of the EcoHealth Alliance, funneled money from the NIAID to the Wuhan Institute of Virology for coronavirus research. Dazak stated:8

We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical countermeasures such as a pan-coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use that hype to our advantage... Investors will respond if they see profit...

David Martin says:

[Daszak is] the money launderer in chief. He stated that this entire exercise was a campaign of domestic terror to get the public to accept the universal vaccine platform using a known biological weapon… [These are Dazak’s] own words, not my interpretation.9

Martin: 100 Million May Die Due to Covid Shots

Both Pfizer and Moderna’s Covid-19 shots contain nucleic acid sequences that are not part of nature and have never been previously introduced into the human body. They are a genetic engineering experiment without prior animal studies or clinical trials.

Martin states that many more people will die. The diseases include blood clots, damage to the cardiovascular system, and problems with liver, kidney and pulmonary function.10 He also anticipates cancer cases and reproductive decline.

“An enormous number of people are carrying the seeds of their own demise,” Martin said.11 Besides the elderly, other populations at risk include caregivers, health care providers, and others who had injections mandated such as pilots. Dr. Martin continues:

Why is it that we’re suddenly having 700 flights a day cancelled because… airlines don’t have pilots? … the dirty secret … is there are a lot of pilots who are having microvascular problems and clotting problems, and that keeps them out of the cockpit… Doctors and nurses [will also be] among the sick and the dead… [and so] the sick and dying will not get care.15

Covid Shots May Change Your DNA

The media and public health officials say that Covid-19 shots do not alter DNA. However, Martin brings attention to a grant from the National Science Foundation, “Darwinian chemical systems,”16 which involved research to incorporate mRNA into targeted genomes. According to Martin,17 “The project that gave rise to the Moderna company was [trying to discover] how to get mRNA to write itself into [a target organism’s] genome.”

No-one knows what the short- or long-term effects of the spike protein will be for the people who received Covid-19 injections. But Martin believes that mRNA can alter the human DNA and change their genome.18

Because of the Frauds, Big Pharma Has Lost Their Liability Shield

The 2001 anthrax attack came out of medical and defense research. This led to the passage of the PREP Act, which removed liability for manufacturers of emergency medical countermeasures. As long as the US is under a declared state of emergency, things like Covid-19 “vaccines” can be authorized for emergency use. When this is in effect, the makers of these experimental gene therapies are not financially liable for harm that comes from their use.

This is true as long as the shots are recognized as vaccines. If these injections are NOT vaccines, then the liability shield falls away, because there is no liability shield for gene therapy. And if lawsuits prove the companies engaged in fraud, this also destroys the liability shield. Martin states:19

The PREP Act’s liability immunity shield only works in the absence of fraud.
Pfizer, and Moderna, J&J, and others know that they are perpetuating frauds. When that is established, 100% of the liability flows back to them.
[With] biological weapons and bioterror, each count comes with a $100 million penalty [under the] federal statute for corporate domestic terrorism. This would take a company like Pfizer or Moderna out. That is what we’re working for every day.
