238. RFK, Jr., FOR PRESIDENT

Along with Jack Dorsey (!) and many others, here is my official endorsement. I hope it means something to someone.

Bobby Kennedy in the White House seems unlikely. Before I discuss his chances, I have been asked to write about historical triumphs against long odds. Here are five battles that defied expectations:

Throughout history, there have been numerous instances where the outcome of a battle seemed inevitable, with one side facing overwhelming odds. Yet, against all expectations, these underdog forces defied the odds and emerged victorious, forever etching their names into the annals of military history. This essay explores five remarkable instances when battles were won against bad odds, showcasing the indomitable human spirit, strategic brilliance, and unwavering determination that can turn the tides of war.

  1. Battle of Thermopylae (480 BCE):

In 480 BCE, an alliance of Greek city-states faced an immense Persian invasion led by King Xerxes. The Greeks, led by the renowned Spartan King Leonidas, took their stand at the narrow pass of Thermopylae. Despite being vastly outnumbered, the Greek forces displayed unparalleled discipline and military expertise, holding off the Persians for several days. The narrow confines of the pass neutralized the Persian numerical advantage, allowing the Greeks to repel wave after wave of attacks. Ultimately, the Greeks were defeated, but their valiant resistance gave the rest of Greece time to regroup and ultimately secure victory in subsequent battles.

  1. Battle of Agincourt (1415):

During the Hundred Years' War, the English, led by King Henry V, found themselves heavily outnumbered and exhausted as they confronted the French army at Agincourt. English forces were primarily composed of longbowmen, while the French boasted heavily armored knights. The terrain was wet and muddy, further hindering the French cavalry charges. Against all odds, the disciplined and skilled English archers unleashed a hail of arrows, decimating the French ranks. The exhausted and disorganized French were easy prey for the English, resulting in a resounding victory. This battle exemplifies how superior tactics and effective use of terrain can overcome numerical disadvantage.

  1. Battle of Rorke's Drift (1879):

In January 1879, during the Anglo-Zulu War, a small British garrison found themselves defending the mission station of Rorke's Drift against thousands of Zulu warriors. With only 139 men, many of whom were sick or wounded, the British faced overwhelming odds. However, under the leadership of Lieutenant John Chard and Lieutenant Gonville Bromhead, the defenders constructed makeshift barricades and repelled wave after wave of Zulu attacks. The British soldiers' disciplined musket fire and their fortifications enabled them to hold their ground against the Zulu onslaught. Despite heavy casualties, the defenders emerged victorious, inflicting a significant blow to Zulu morale and highlighting the effectiveness of well-prepared defenses.

  1. Battle of Stalingrad (1942-1943):

During World War II, Adolf Hitler aimed to seize the strategically vital city of Stalingrad, occupied by Soviet forces. The German army launched a massive offensive, encircling the city and subjecting it to relentless bombardment. The Soviet defenders, led by General Vasily Chuikov, were trapped and endured unimaginable hardships. However, they refused to surrender, fiercely resisting the German advance in brutal urban combat. The Soviet forces launched a counteroffensive in November 1942, encircling the German army and trapping them instead. In February 1943, after five months of intense fighting, the German Sixth Army surrendered. The Battle of Stalingrad became a turning point in World War II, symbolizing the resilience of the Soviet people and the beginning of Germany's decline.

  1. Battle of Longewala (1971):

During the Indo-Pakistani War of 1971, a small Indian Army detachment, led by Major Kuldip Singh Chandpuri, found themselves defending the remote outpost of Longewala against a massive Pakistani tank regiment. The Indian forces had limited ammunition, no air support, and were outnumbered 1:10. Despite these unfavorable conditions, Major Chandpuri and his men held their ground, utilizing their knowledge of the terrain and the night to launch surprise attacks on the Pakistani tanks. The Pakistani forces, caught off guard and facing heavy losses, eventually retreated. The Battle of Longewala demonstrated the courage and resourcefulness of a determined few against overwhelming odds.

These five historic battles serve as enduring testament to the remarkable triumphs achieved by those who refuse to succumb to seemingly insurmountable odds. Whether through strategic brilliance, unwavering determination, or effective use of terrain, these battles demonstrate the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity. They inspire us to embrace courage and innovation, reminding us that even when the odds seem stacked against us, victory can still be within our reach.

ChatGPT took three seconds to write this after I typed, "Write a 1000-word essay about five times in history when battles were won against bad odds." Grammarly had a few suggestions, but rather than editing, I left the document intact so you could see the raw output. I wish I would never have tried this—writers are being replaced!

The main point is that leadership is everything, which brings us to Kennedy.

Here are my impressions:

I have been in contact with RFK and his team for several years. We live in Los Angeles, and I am close to several friends he sees almost daily. I recently sat next to him at a charity banquet and politely badgered him for over an hour about his outdoor life, his wild river kayaking, and his friendship with Chouinard, Patagonia’s founder. Old dogs talking about old times. I also read and heavily promoted his book, The Real Anthony Fauci

Kennedy has hardly hit a wrong note since I met him. He has more knowledge and experience with the corrupt forces running our country than anyone else. His father and uncle were martyrs in this fight, and he seems committed to saving our nation, even at the expense of his safety. To learn his depth and ideas, listen to the “RFK Jr podcast” on any podcast app.

His lifelong experience as an environmental lawyer gives him unique perspectives. He did not do this to make money, and he is not rich. He was one of the lead attorneys in the initial glyphosate litigation, and if you have not kept up with this, 70 percent of us now have this poison in our urine. Pollution, pesticide poisoning, and ecological losses are worldwide disasters, but these cannot be our primary concern in this era of catastrophe. Kennedy knows this and is committed to reforming our federal government as his first step.

He seems to embrace global warming and the carbon fallacies, but I am sure he appreciates the nuances. He understands how these are being used Trojan horses by the globalists.

Naysayers claim he is unelectable, given the forces arrayed against him. I say, Predicting the future is a fool's game, and you are a total fool if you think this election is about idiot politics and not about our survival. RFK's support is bipartisan and likely more from the right. FYI, I am apolitical, libertarian if anything, and a long way from “progressive.”

Kennedy is gathering momentum. He has studied this process his whole life, and his commitment to the fight is absolute. If RFK wins the Democratic nomination, he will be our next President. If he does not, there are still moves on his board. Even if Kennedy fails, he will shift public opinions about critical issues such as the Covid crimes, the vaccine genocide, and whatever the psychopaths have planned next.

Kennedy is a mortal man with human foibles. His globalist enemies will throw filth at him in an attempt to Trumpify his image. They will put stories about his wild youth and sad personal history into the worst possible light. But RFK is tough enough to weather it all.

At 69, he is an exact contemporary of mine, and he has had an athletic life. This resulted in hip replacements and shoulder surgeries. I know about these, for I have had my share and am due for more. Although we ache, we wear our years proudly.

Everything I know about RFK suggests that if he survives the election process, he will reform our failed federal executive branch. It is the center of today's evil, and Bobby is willing to throw himself on this hand grenade for us. Psalm 146:3 says, "Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help." I heed this warning, yet I still trust Kennedy.

Most of the money he has been given has come from small donors. Your $50, $100, or $500 will help. I donated; please consider doing so as well. The following is his latest newsletter. Sign up for that, at least.

As Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s campaign gains momentum, elements of the mainstream media are moving beyond the initial ignore-and-dismiss to really take his candidacy seriously. This demonstrates how broad the readiness for real change has become in American society.

Here is an opinion piece in The HillWhy I believe RFK JR will be the 2024 Democratic nominee. It is significant because the writer, Douglass MacKinnon, has done his research and really gets the essence of RFK's message and the core of his appeal.

Let's not leave out smaller, regional newspapers. Here is an excellent synopsis and commentary from the Desert Review on RFK Jr.'s interview on one of America's top political shows, the All-in Podcast. The podcast itself is worth listening to in its entirety. As one commentator said:

"Even when I disagree with him, he makes coherent, intelligent arguments which is sorely lacking from both sides right now. I think the vast majority of Americans are tired of the lack of substance from both sides and of their complicity in the destruction of the working class. His message about the war and our economic situation here at home really is resonating with me. This guy is the real deal."

Back to the mainstream: The Wall Street Journal's Gerry Baker interviewed Robert F. Kennedy. Jr. for the Free Expressions podcast. Another Kennedy for President?

In another breakthrough development, Instagram Announced it reinstated RFK, Jr.'s personal account that was banned in 2021 in the midst of his explosive rise in popularity during Covid restrictions. All 770,000 followers as well as his verified status returned on Sunday, as he prepared to speak with Elon Musk on the topic of social media censorship in Monday's Twitter Spaces.

You'll notice that the above link claims that Mr. Kennedy was banned for "spreading disinformation" about Covid. But that mantra is also ringing hollow as more and more mainstream outlets repudiate pandemic policy. See for example Newsweek's recent piece, America's Covid Response Was Based on Lies

Finally, to give you an idea of the breadth of RFK, Jr's appeal, we'll end with an article from a neither-Right-nor-Left Christian website, America Magazine. It asks us not to underestimate the appeal of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. We promise: we won't!

To help keep this positive momentum going, please donate to the campaign. Thank you!

Sincerely,

Team Kennedy

Send this to anyone you dare to with the message that the real RFK, Jr., is not who the psychopaths and their quislings in Wikipedia write about. And sign them up for Surviving Healthcare if you can. Tell them about my dental posts if they need a lure.

Off-topic parting shot:

The original post had a photo of my foot with a blue toenail with the caption, “No, this is not a celebration of gender confusion psy-op month or whatever they are calling it.” Substack put it in the heading, which was inappropriate, so I deleted it.

I have had toenail fungus since the days when I was climbing in Yosemite and wearing the same smelly shoes for weeks on end. At about the same time, the young RFK and Yvonne Chouinard were doing “first kayak descents” of wild rivers in the Sierra and elsewhere.

Since I refuse to take big Pharma’s toxic oral antifungals, I am treating my nail with methylene blue mixed with double strength Whitfield’s ointment. Both are older, inexpensive, over-the-counter medications. I also shave down the nail using a Dremel rotating power tool. Nails take months to grow out, so progress is slow. Disclaimer: This is not medical advice. Use meth blue at your own risk, mainly because it stains everything. I will write more about its medical magic soon.
