Don, I take at least the 113 mg to 140 a day and my wife about 75 to 100mg a day for the last year with no toxicity issues to date! We feel fantastic!!! It is the only supplement I have ever taken were I felt it actually make a difference in my life!!!

Really? I knew it had numerous benefits and started taking it probably a decade ago. I think it raised my testosterone. But I also had heard toxicity reports. Good info is hard to find so I kept it on the the low side. It's a shame this info isn't readily available. I might consider a higher dose, thanks!
It boosted my testosterone TREMENDOUSLY!!! I had just started back exercising lightly and after taking it for a couple weeks my muscles got a lot firmer, more and better pumps and major growth! It also made my 57 year old libido jump a lot higher too!!! It is a miracle mineral my friend!!! My wife at 56 years old had little to no interest in sex anymore because of menopause even though she had been extremely interested only a few years prior!!! Holy Cow, when she started taking the Borax (Boron), about 1/4 teaspoon a day as she weighed about 185 when she started, she is a BBW woman, her libido went literally through the roof!!! She was actually following me around the house asking me to have sex with her and we were having sex 2 to 3 times a day for about 2 months!!! I had to even tell her a couple of times, тАЬno more! I know it is a valid product that works because Germany and Australia have banned its usage in any form and you canтАЩ buy it in England hardly, I am told!!! That tells me right there how good it must be as if it was bad for you like the hackcines, Remdesvir and the Covid anti-viral pills from Pfizer, they would be commercials on tv telling you to take it!!!
