It's a reasonable start, but indictment based on treaty technicalities is like convicting al capone of tax evasion. It will do, but misses the point. Also misses most of the more direct crimes. Fauchi's bat fetish is bad, but didn't hurt anyone but a few unfortunate animals. Whoever created the prohibition of early treatments directly caused millions of deaths globally. That was most likely legal, but incompetent, or maybe corrupt, if that can be proven. Maybe involuntary manslaughter with a cooperative jury, but half the country still adores the medical industry top to bottom, so hung juries are expected.
The WW II Nazis did things the world abhorred, but were legal in their country at that time. Nations cooperated to define crimes, and meted out justice in a series of trials at Nuremberg. These crimes demand global retribution, not local carnivals. We need to establish international outrage for global offenses.

Dr Flemmings analysis of the Jmol spike conformation was one of the first papers I printed. I presented it to my university microbio prof early on and his dismay caused me to withdrawl the paper from his hands. He and the entire genomics staff and MS students had all taken the injection. I told him he knows where to find me if he has any further questions. I later presented verbal info to the university psych/soc dept and they called the police on me. The police were cool and said they's take a look at Dr David Martin's documents. I also called the local public elementary school superintendant and gave him numerous websites to view for truthful information. He gave me info on PODS-points of distribution sites tied to gov school covid monies that trumped the states. I put all the public school nurses on notice and notified the state covid dept of the WHO's "Implied Consent" if you sent you child to school that day document. I begged every family member and friend not to take the shot over the last 2 years.
Oops..sorry didn’t know you’d already contacted Dr. Fleming. Years back when I heard him I was so impressed with his humble demeanor. All those degrees and his ability were amazing, yet humble as could be. I listened recently to him being interviewed and he continues to be very helpful and humble.
