I remember a TV program many years ago to reporting on how many people in Prince Edward Island were on Paxil and how many suicides there were. Interested me because my daughter was put on Paxil at about 16 years of age by a kids hospital and because of her age I had no say. My drug plan had to pay for it and I tried to tell her to stop taking it and she told me to mind my own business. Parents have no say with their child’s meditation. She was depressed after starting high school and the school told me to get her counselling which I did and their answer was drugs. She changed her high school and thrived and got off the drug. Now 43 and very successful so that was many years ago.

my older child was forced onto antidepressants against the better judgment of both parents due to psych evaluation and pressure from the State.

6 months later hauled into juvenile court again for violent acts at school. we took away the drugs, because though the shrink claimed our child "felt better" on the drugs, they served no purpose towards fixing the violent behavior that entangled us with the psych ward and State agencies. the shrink/counselor/State "division of family services" agents had no viable argument against the obvious proof their drugs didn't work for anything but perceived feelings and they couldn't force usage again after that. she eventually turned 18 and got on more psych drugs because it was her choice as an adult. hasn't helped.

the psychiatric-medical-pHarma industrial establishment needs to lose some power.
