I have an intense love of scripture, much as you have for this author. Scripture taught well, from someone who knows the original Greek, Hebrew, Aramaic is profound and moving. Scripture itself is a two edged sword, making its mark going in as well as going out. Scripture taught by a knowledgeable person, then searched by someone who loves God and most of His creation, and is eager to know more about Him—and to have a relationship with their creator—not in that annoying way into which many Christians fall or are taught, but truly loving Him, is life changing.
9 And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is their respect of persons with him. 10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all, to stand. 14Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace

Robert I spent 5 years with my son diagnosed with ALl at age 5… he had a cord blood transplant.. got GVH grade 4..
It was tough.. he’s 22 now.. but I wonder how much pain he went through was unnecessary…..
