My husband after the Pfizer poison suffered from severe anxiety, brain fog, emotional instability, perseverated all day, and many other neurological symptoms. But his emotional behavior was the hardest to deal with. For three years he would just talk fast to himself all day, sit in his room and just perseverate, get angry, and cry. My son was heartbroken to watch his father suffer and become a completely different person and live in constant chaos. I thought I would loose my mind. We went to several hospitals (UCLA, CEDARS, and IRVINE), dozens of er visits, and dozens of specialists. We also went to a very well known FLCCC Md. Nothing really touched it. Until Metheylene blue. In about a week it was noticeable. It has been 4 months and he is about 80% better. Hope this helps someone. God bless🙏❤️

I also take it daily with OJ and my son takes it periodically. When we feel like we’re coming down with something we take an extra dose of MB, Vit c, and xylitol nasal spray which I add 2drops of methylene blue. This regimen has kept us healthy.

I use red light therapy at least once a day and it has helped me with recovery from workouts and the best deep sleep.

I originally bought the red light machine for an old sprained ankle injury that just would stop swelling up from heavy workouts and was somewhat painful. After a couple weeks of red light my ankle stopped swelling and felt stronger. Unexpectedly after just 2 sessions I started have the deepest sleep and fell asleep quickly. I usually take melatonin, magnesium, and glycine for sleep but no longer need it.

I started using MB in 2022 in very low doses, 3mg a day to improve bladder function which it did. About a month ago I accidentally took a much larger dose and felt so good the next morning. Since then a I’ve been taking 0.5mg/kg 2-3 times a week and I noticed straightaway that my memory improved significantly, also my mood, my sleep and my energy. I’m convinced it’s a game changer but I’m still playing around with the dose. Based on my experience with improved memory and cognition, I’m going to give it to two elderly relatives with mild dementia and I anticipate they, or those around them, will notice an improvement straightaway. Unlike many other supplements you don’t need to take it for a period if time before you notice changes, it’s pretty much immediate if you get the dose right.

Well, to be honest, awesome! And I have taken it since I was 3 years old. I have IC, interstitial cystitis. Born with it and a birth defect in my right kidney. I was sespis 7 times in my life when I was younger. That stinks. After kidney surgery, no more kidney infections and way less bladder infections, but they do come around. I am surprised there are no discussions on elmiron, the “miracle drug for ic”, went on as a trial in 96. FDA approved drug. But years later, stopped it 2 years ago, as there is a massive lawsuit, it makes people blind. I stopped it. Dropped the doc who gave it, as he never told me. And cysts in kidney’s are gone…🤔

The molecular biologist in the video with Dr Mercola discusses mixing the vitamin C with the methylene blue not only for the color but because it increases its activity in the body by being able to skip a step it would normally have to go through. Hi all. Finally went through all comments. And wow this sparked a huge discussion. Bladder cancer in women, is common, but it seems to be “cured” in men much more easily.

What I am going to tell you all might spark some debate. But there is truth in all we say. At least I try to get all facts. When I was a personal trainer for 15 years, never once, did I worry about my bladder. It was ok. Since my car accident in 2010, and 2 sets of replacements later, I have gotten utis during lockdown. It the environment we live in, I learned. I also came to terms, with antibiotics are filled with mold. Which in turn, causes cancer. I lived with infectious disease doctor for 4 months. Antibiotic resistance, she hated and was angry at other doctors for handing them out like candy. She put me on anti fungals in 2016, after my stroke, 800mg but that another story. It took away all of my ic pain, and for a year, until I went off of them, I had no problems. I think it’s the balance that counts. For this person that has cancer, could you ask about anti fungals? No fluconazole, no fenbendazole, but maybe uvaconazole, which is a new azole there are a couple of others like posaconazole, voriconazole and itraconazole. It’s worth a try to ease your mind of the cancer. It will help. When I was with the doc, due to my stroke, she observed me, many patients, women, had horrific bladder pain before going on anti fungals. And don’t let the doctor say no to them, they know. I pray the cancer goes away. I pray and pray and pray 🙏🏻. This is sad, we are in 2024, with archaic practices. I wish I had more info , but as the doc explained, too much of one will cause the demons from another to come out. Too many antibiotics not enough anti fungals. Sounds odd. Also, ivermectin! I have been using it for 6 months now, the urgency is lower, the frequency same, and these past 2 weeks, have been hell, since my landlord came home from hospital, has Ulcerative colitis (UC) surgery on his colon, sm. intestines and stomach, most removed and “replaced” with 3d parts, he smells of mold, I get worked up. But I do know it’s him. And the is no cure for UC, but this guy is up and living his life in less than a week no bag, nothing. Since woman are more subjected to e.coli, it’s harder for us. I hope you well. And again I pray for any woman’s bladder cancer, ic and pain. Dr. Christine Whitmore out of Philly, is the best Uro, I have been to. My doctor in Jersey is ok but again, doesn’t not, understand the role anti fungals play. If the doctor want to give you iv of ambisome, do it. That’s amphotercin, usually a or b, good anti fungal med only 2 mcg though. Anymore than that I would be leary. I wish I could give you more info. I even went to nyc to a device company, as I had an idea, as they have stents for the hearts that “melt”into the artery, I devised a medicine mix and I was looking for a bag that could melt into the bladder lining to repel e.coli and other dis-eases of the bladder, like cancer. But they said it could not be done.😢I am still on my quest.

At least one doctor in nyc listened to me regarding these clunky replacements. I saw Dr. Unis at Mt Sinai, my hip dislocated 6 times due to the fungus. I said, “why don’t you orthos think out of the box using carbon fiber, better meld for our bodies, than traditional heavy metals, take a bunch of mris, for placement and start a new company.” He did. It’s called monogram orthopedics. In conclusion, don’t give up hope, know there are people out here trying to help us all! (Of course, Dr. Unis gave me no credit.) As I am not a doctor, just a critical thinker. All of my best to you all.

Being on opiates is also contra-indicated. I’d take it if I wasn’t on codeine. I did try it while on codeine. Whoa! What a trip lol

Mental illness like bipolar is not real. It’s a neurotoxic reaction to metals that causes those symptoms in people who have gene mutations which mean they are very inefficient at detoxing.

I can demonstrate how bipolar is caused in these people. It’s the same thing as schizophrenia and dementia and all mental illness. Mental illness is the allopathic equivalent of neurotoxicity caused by neurotoxins.

I’ve already demonstrated to my drs decades ago what causes bipolar and schizophrenia etc.

All I have to do is get injected with aluminium adjuvant in the flu vaccine. It causes the symptoms and in me they last about 10 months until my body is able to detox it.

I know drs who get these symptoms each time they get a flu vaccine.

Neurotoxins cause what allopathic drs call mental illness. If it happens when you are working age or younger then you have one of these gene mutations which mean you don’t detox efficiently. Pretty simple really. Neurotoxins cause neurotoxicity which is called mental illness by allopathic drs because the allopathic paradigm aren’t concerned with the cause of any symptoms. This is why hospitals will turn you away if you go in complaining of a neurotoxic event.

Dementia symptoms when under 65 are also an indication you have one of these gene mutations. We have a lower antigen tolerance because we are inefficient at detoxing. We go over our tolerance for aluminium much earlier. Whereas someone with gene mutations may get dementia at 50, those without gene mutations aren’t at risk until they are old and it will only happen if they breach their tolerance for the neurotoxin aluminium

9 years after my amalgams were removed I still had what’s considered toxic levels of mercury in my blood. Someone who doesn’t have one of these gene mutations will have no mercury in their blood even though they may have a mouthful of amalgam fillings

The world is designed to oppress those with these gene mutations. They weed us out of safety trials because the results would be terrible if they included us

We are the people who have all the adverse events because of our genetics. But when they occur we are refused help and the adverse event is covered up with a mental illness diagnosis to keep the harm out of the records

The western world has a neurotoxicity crisis and many of those affected are in positions of power which is very concerning

A year ago she was spiraling out of control. I talked her into trying diet. A long road but we have now figured out she has MTHFR gene mutation. Fokic acid is toxic to her. One piece of enriched bread gives her symptoms within 30 min and last for 3 or 4 days. She now has NO symptoms as long as she maintains her diet. While taking my morning MB dose it crossed my mind that I should share some additional information with "yall"... Dr Mercola made a passing comment that he was approached at a conference by a very well known Microbiome, fecal implant (for massively improving immune function) "poop doctor" and she told him that MB screws up gut flora! I found Dr Sabine Hazan MD during the Covidiocy and I really respect her, BUT since I don't have enough information, I've looked into sending in a stool sample to a lab to find out for SURE. I've been working on my gut flora for years (I make my own L-Reuteri yogurt, take a very high quality probiotic, eat no processed food, etc) and if there is such a thing, I have perfect bowel movements!?!?! So, that's all I know... I've done all the research and just haven't gotten to the "sample" part yet. Ugh... OMG... What I do for health/longevity :)

And I should also mention that I haven't had a cold or the flu in well over 40 years plus I called bullshit on the Plandemic, to my small mailing list, at the end of January 2020 when they were only calling it "Coronavirus." Good job, Dr. Yoho, on distilling the Mercola/Gonzalez-Lima interview. It was mighty long, but information was added since I watched the Gonzalez-Lima YouTube program over a year ago, and the show notes included the dosing protocol, which I appreciate. GL also noted he doesn't use MB every day, so maybe I shouldn't. I do buy the pharmaceutical grade in powdered form, mix it with 100 ml of distilled water and store it in a whiskey bottle in the fridge. Since hubby and I both use it, this is more economical. We also don't take it after 3 p.m. or we can't fall asleep easily. We mix ours with Mercola's C-Pak. Oh, almost forgot! A Harvard doctor sells a face cream called Bluelene for $70. So I put 2 drops of MB in some Oil of Olay face cream and then use red light therapy. I don't have before and after pics, but I can tell.

Researchers in our group have used Methylene Blue, MB, for years as a color agent for environmental sorption experiments. MB concentration analysis is easy and cheaply done with a UV-Vis spectrophotometer, fixed or scanning. The greatest absorption in in visible light at 664 -665 nanometers (nm). The degradation of stock concentrated MB was apparent if MB was put in clear glass bottles.

For those interested in making their own MB solution from USP power please consider its shelf life and potential breakdown of the solution with time. This can be monitored with a scanning UV Vis.

Do not keep MB solutions cold places

do not freeze and

avoid exposing to direct sunlight.

Use an amber bottle for storage.

A laboratory grade balance should be used with weighing solids.

One should also have some weight standards to verify balance accuracy.

Make new solutions frequently to avoid degradation products.

Just purchase the liquid solution.

I'm going w the powder and will report. The maker has a device to use to measure it. Exact dose does not seem critical when appropriate dosing is between .5 to 2 mg/kg/day

Expand full comment

I look forward to your results.

My major concern with my comment was potential degradation products of MB and that they may be toxic. So I read a few articles on MB this morning. Degradation by natural light may be very slow even in clear glass. I suggest using Deionized water or distilled water as tap water has too much "stuff" in it (metals, chlorine, and or other additives used for disinfection).

A good review article of MB with open access:

Khan, Idrees, Khalid Saeed, Ivar Zekker, Baoliang Zhang, Abdulmajeed H. Hendi, Ashfaq Ahmad, Shujaat Ahmad et al. "Review on methylene blue: Its properties, uses, toxicity and photodegradation." Water 14, no. 2 (2022): 242.

I quote from this article "It is highly water-soluble, and thus forms a stable solution with water at room temperature"

Therefore my concerns in original comment were overstated.

I still believe for most people it is better to purchase the solutions rather than making solutions from crystals.

Always use proper personal protection (gloves and protective eyewear) when making solutions. MB will stain your skin and your clothes.

Most kitchen scales have low accuracy at the lower measurement end, however my wife picked one up on sale at Kroger with excellent low end accuracy. I checked the scale with my weight standards and it was very accurate at 1, 2, 5, and 10 grams.

Hey, Doc, Dr Sabine Hazan says that MB kills all bifidobacteria in the gut biome. I saw one Amazon review that reported severe impact on that person's gut biome. Have you seen any indication of this in your work on MB? I tried it for a few days and did not see anything like that, but it was only a short test. Most people don't report anything similar, so I'm wondering what she is seeing that others are not. Any ideas? Do you know her and can ask her directly?

Agreed. One persistent question I have about all these antibiotic/antivirals is what they do to gut biome. Everybody sort of dismisses the question with, “They just kill the bad stuff.” But how does MB or CDS or other know what “the bad stuff” is, versus the good stuff? Surely, these things can’t discriminate to a fine degree (as standard antibiotics can’t, either). If they can’t, that’s okay, but it means understanding how to dose them and deal with the side effects.
