We are facing destruction of our vital legal structures. Learning about these and thinking about how to preserve them has taken on a painful urgency, for we may soon be in personal jeopardy.
The same is happening in New Zealand. The courts even agreed to suspend the bill of rights. We have no constitution in NZ but certainly need one.
I’ve recently instructed the NZ courts and police that I can no longer consent to their authority as they are being influenced by corruption through public servants in the health system. If they attempt to arrest me I will be forced to defend myself. I’ve refused to attend my trial twice now under threat of arrest but they have not arrested me yet. I’ve been assigned a new state lawyer and they are going to try get me to turn up and be tried in November. But if the corruption in the health system affecting the courts and police is not remedied I will not be turning up. If they send the police to arrest me by force the world will see how the NZ state treat those who make accusations of long term abuse in state care against specialists.
NZ is already a fascist state and drs and the police behave no differently to those in 1930s Germany.
Hitler could not have succeeded without the support of medical drs and specialists who were just doing their job and NZ is no different
Cheers Michael. I’ve told the cops they have two choices. Send a police computer IT team in to get the evidence from their computers and discover they are being manipulated and blatantly lied to. Or ignore the corruption and come and arrest me by force, likely killing me in the process due to my health.
I’ve told them that if they do kill me then the ensuing investigation should focus on getting the evidence being concealed by these specialists as then they could be blamed for my death instead of the police officers being manipulated by them.
So basically whatever choice the police make should end in the police going in to get the evidence these specialists are concealing of the malicious crime against me and 15 years of abuse and gaslighting.
I’d like to think that they will make the right choice but I do doubt they will. The fascist state is too hard to stand up to so the police will probably choose the violent option im sure.
They have form. The Oamaru police were also involved in a coverup in 2012 at Oamaru hospital.
After going to bed one night, I awoke the following afternoon in hospital with cuts around my wrists and ankles with no idea how it happened. My wife was woken early in the morning by me having a nocturnal tonic clonic seizure and rang an ambulance. I had another seizure in hospital and then a third. When the third started my wife and her mother didn’t want to witness another one so went to the waiting room. Then they heard me screaming and every now and then a nurse would run up to them and ask if i had taken drugs. I hadn’t of course. My wife was a nurse and I was having seizures.
After 45 minutes of hearing me screaming my wife and her mother went into the ER to see what was happening. I was in status epilepticus. 2 police officers were there. They had me in handcuffs and my ankles were tied with cable ties. One officer was sitting on my chest. The other one was holding my legs. And 4 other medical staff were also trying to restrain me. My wife screamed at them to get off and untie me which they did. As soon as they did the status epilepticus stopped and I was unconscious.
They covered that up. I have the recordings of the meetings we had with police and hospital. They said they would do it again if I was ever brought in having seizures. The police then turned up a week later and confiscated my firearms license. The police put in their records that I was mentally I’ll and violent. We went to police with the advocate from epilepsy nz to get them to correct their records but they didn’t.
Two nurses complained about what happened but the results of the critical review were kept from us. I discovered in 2019 that the records of the critical review have been removed from the hospital as if it never happened.

So as the Oamaru police have already taken part in covering up what happened back then I imagine they will want to do everything they can to stop it coming to the public’s attention rather than accuse public servants of corruption and abuse
The surgeon that put the foreign object in me knows me and mum were shown the evidence and has total control of my dr. They don’t have the power to refuse to do his bidding basically.
If they do end up accidentally killing me I need everyone to please make a lot of noise because I’m sure mum will need the support.
The Bill of Rights, lacking any enforcement clauses, was meant to be a constant reminder to those in the new government that We the People had rights they were expected to respect and enforce.
