Recommendations for beginners, especially if you still watch politics on TV

You must learn is to block mainstream media entirely. Not only is it all lies (yes—all), but it is seductively packaged and kills your peace of mind. It sucks you into arguing about things like politics. These are "bread and circuses" presented by the psychopaths to appease the masses. Most of our government is controlled using voter fraud and other means.

You should instead find your information on podcasts. These are mostly uncensored, except for some on Spotify. (They killed one of my podcasts there, for example.) Try anything out, but quickly unsubscribe if you have any negative feelings about the content. Your spider sense is your best guard against lies. To kill unwanted subscriptions, find Substack's tiny, almost invisible unsubscribe button at the bottom of every post.

I use the Downcast app to download podcasts and listen when my iPhone is off and not spraying me with nasty wifi. Apple Podcasts works, too. I consistently follow Mercola (his entire searchable audio library is at mercola.libsyn.com), the Breggins, RFK Jr, and scan some of FitRx. I recommend the Bryce Eddy show for a sensible religious take on the disasters. 

At the end of the day, when you are fatigued, the best policy is to go to sleep rather than watch TV. If you must turn it on, YouTube can be entertaining, and if you carefully select the content and mute the ads, it does not damage your mind. "Farm life" and many other platforms will bring you peace. You can also return to some of the best parts of your prior life. I sometimes watch judo or people cutting down giant trees. I was once a judo competitor and later a tree surgeon. I can also view people going up my favorite climbs or going down into the best caves I have seen and enjoy them again. Active Self Protection is seductive and valuable, but I do not recommend too much of it before you sleep. 

If you are just waking up (are you going to wake up, HL?), I recommend scanning my ebooks first. They are all available for free. The links are at the end of each of my substack posts. You can read the PDF versions on your computer, email them to your Kindle app (a free download), and read them on your phone, tablet, or computer. The paperbacks are on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. 

Substack is still uncensored and the best single source of information. You will develop favorites. Here are a few soft suggestions for beginners. These may or may not appeal. You will learn what is best for you by exploring links.

• I subscribe to over forty of these but mainly scan the headlines. I read a few carefully. These include Unbekoming and CJ Hopkins. I keep a heavy finger on the unsubscribe button, and if I spot insincerity or mixed motivations, I kill them.

For example, at one time I subscribed to two of the most successful authors in the Medical Freedom movement. One of them is helpful for beginners but became repetitive for me. The other is widely regarded by sophisticated observers as an obvious shill or false flag for the globalists. I unsubscribed from both and named my new stray dog after the second one. 

That dog is a barker, a biter, and a leg-humper, and I think I will soon ask the vet to give him a lethal injection. I try to keep in mind what Gandalf said about Golem in Lord of the Rings, "Do not be too eager to deal out death in judgment. Even the very wise can not see all ends. My heart tells me that Gollum has some part to play yet, for good or ill…"

Another example is Simone Gold. She constantly appeals for more money for her "fight," and I am ashamed to say that I gave her over $500 earlier. She has been accused of financial fraud and comprehensively called out, for example HERE. She is suing this critic. 

I have seen this lawsuit behavior before in my prior life. At the time, I thought it was a clear marker for a psychopath. You be the judge of Gold based on the heavily referenced link above. 

The other thing I cannot stand is terrible writing, but remember that I am a poindexter. You may not care.

If you are a moral person, commitment inevitably follows once you realize the stakes we face. Your narcissism bleeds away. Less obvious is that to get into the torrent of undreamed-of “material assistance,” you must become radically transparent. You must never fear losing a relationship when you tell the truth. James Altucher explains, “I never hit publish unless I’m afraid of what people will think of me.”

Put every contact from your phone on your Substack platform. You will quickly learn that many of your “friends” are users. They care nothing about you. Tell them not to let the unsubscribe button hit them in the a** on their way out. I originally had 4500, but fewer than 2000 remained after the bad addresses and jackasses sorted themselves out.

The green shows the cell phone is on. The lower left blue is wifi, and the lower right is Bluetooth, both of which are on. Click the upper left button to go to airplane mode, which turns off the green indicator for your phone. However, the lower two buttons may still be on and must be clicked off. I seldom use Bluetooth and usually keep wifi and the phone off as well. I turn all of it off when I go to sleep.
