I agree that Humble's book is essential. It's not a breezy read, but the 3 main protocols are laid out clearly and are solid gold. (I bought everything I could find about CLO2 and DMSO. Nothing else comes close.)

I've had good success buying on Amazon, but you have to be observant. Make sure the sodium chlorite and food grade (.04%) HCL are in glass bottles. Avoid plastic bottles and kits that offer citric acid rather than HCL. Most come with eye droppers in the cap, but they don't always work well so it is advisable to also have some good quality glass eyedroppers on hand as well. You absolutely need to be able to control how many drops of each you use. Do not be intimidated because you're "doing chemistry." It ain't rocket science, but you need to use a bit of care to get the desired end product.

Some people don't use drops at all since drop size can vary according to the dropper or squeeze bottle used. They prefer a 1-ml syringe.

I buy the Sodium Chlorite and HCL 4% from KV Labs. It's in plastic bottles but I don't think that matters as much compared to DMSO which I believe should be in glass.

Here is the link from Amazon:

Here is the link from KV Labs:

You can save a lot of money if buying more than one set on the kvlab website.

Thank you for another drill down on CDS so we can avoid the drill down at the dentist. Your tips are always low-cost and effective, empowering the individual instead of empowering corporations/NGOs.

Watching Kennedy testifying before the Senate committee. One senator happened to be a dentist, and he asked Kennedy to commit to dental health to prevent other illnesses. The exchange brought to mind Dr. Yoho's book Judas Dentistry. It is now the Republican senators who are committed to creating healthy people, while the Democratic senators are committed to perpetuating ill health under the guise of 'compassion.' But we should never forget that this could change again in the future. Donald Rumsfeld ushered in aspartame under Reagan, and ketchup was deemed a vegetable for kids' lunches.

I am going to be using it as a cancer protocol, skin cancer specifically, so this is all revelatory to me. It’s literally a whole new world. I bought Amanda Vollmer’s book on DMSO and am reading it now. It’s amazing!

My dog has a lump that is getting bigger. I use 20 drops of MMS activated in 50ml of water in a spray bottle. I spray the area and rub it in then I apply 50% DMSO to the same area and rub it in. The DMSO is supposed to get the MMS into the body (tumor) within a half an hour. I usually do this 3 times a day for 3 days and take 4 days off.

Amanda's book is great. There are many other sites that provide excellent tips as well. Just make sure that your hands are very clean before applying the DMSO as it will take whatever is on your hand into your body.

If your dog tolerates it, injecting the knot would be more effective. You may be committing some sort of doggie malpractice if you are not a vet tho

I don't feel confident doing that but I appreciate the advice. I need to find a vet in my area that supports alternative protocols.

I've had asthma since a massive anaphylaxis at 2 years old caused by a doctor that didn't bother to challenge my allergy to penicillin before giving me a shot of it to treat a routine ear infection. I have found that enhancing my immune function has done more for its continuing decline than anything else, FWIW.

I can attest that CDS works wonders with the reduced lung capacity associated with menopause. Women lose an upwards of 40% lung function during this transition.

I started with protocol C for a couple of months until I found that I was no longer huffing and puffing when I was walking up the stairs or uphill.

Now I take between five and 10 mL of CDS in the morning five times a week during my fasting part of my intermittent fast.

I'm having difficulty fitting an 8-10-hour day bottle of CDS into my day. If you drink coffee, which has a 6-hour half-life, you might as well forget the day bottle. If you eschew the coffee, a blistering caffeine headache will ensue. If you eat breakfast, you can't drink the CDS for at least an hour, I think. Same goes for lunch. If you take morning supplements, and/or meds, that's another problem. I suspect many folks will have difficulty fitting it in if they do it properly.

I guess that would be better than nothing. I might even increase the potency of the CDS, or just do MMS1. One of the old timers at this is Charlotte Lackney who has created various iterations of CLO2. She is In her 80's now, and very active on Telegram where she moderates some groups, like Scott McRae's group "CLO2 Solutions". Anyway, Charlotte makes the typical 3,000ppm CDS, but puts 40ml in her day bottle which she sips on through the day.

She has told me that there are different "schools of thought" in the CLO2 community. Not everyone is on the same page. Interesting. You may already know of Dr. Liu who uses CLO2 intratumorally(?). He is of the belief that oral ingestion is utterly ineffective in utilizing chlorine dioxide's properties. Due to its rapid oxidative reaction, which

completes within seconds upon contact with human cells, orally ingested chlorine dioxide almost certainly cannot reach areas beyond the mouth and esophagus. His thoughts, not mine.

Liu does not advocate oral, which makes me suspicious.
