I am experimenting with CDS and have read a lot of online material from the Universal Antidote and other sources. My primary confusion is with the issue of whether or not one can eat during the 8 hours of taking CDS or MMS. It seems it would be best not to eat or drink anything during the 8 hours. But this is difficult to do over any length of time. Any thoughts, anyone?

Why is it I get the feeling the last 58 minutes I was a fly on the wall for an event that will someday inspire another great masterpiece. Hopeful we will learn something this time around.

What a beautiful conversation tho is! Thank you Robert!

You can also use HOCL, 10 ppm to clean and preserve your vegetables and fruits.

The population is so brainwashed with fear and the dependence on white coat p$¢zers that to ask them to think outside that paradigm they just can't, they refuse to think, and to reason for themselves because of brain paralysis picked up from nightmarish doctors!

I can attest that CDS works wonders with the reduced lung capacity associated with menopause. Women lose an upwards of 40% lung function during this transition.

I started with protocol C for a couple of months until I found that I was no longer huffing and puffing when I was walking up the stairs or uphill.

Now I take between five and 10 mL of CDS in the morning five times a week during my fasting part of my intermittent fast.

I suspect most menopausal women ignore their hormone levels, as well. As the great Dr. Rouzier has stated, "there is no good outcome to flagging hormones." This is true for men, too.

Dr. Yoho - do you think that CD (with DMSO) could effectively treat the white fibrous clots?

DMSO may be the better bet but use CD too

My son is autistic. I give him cds 3000. In mornings 12 drops. Thats all. How should i precisely use it.

I'm having difficulty fitting an 8-10-hour day bottle of CDS into my day. If you drink coffee, which has a 6-hour half-life, you might as well forget the day bottle. If you eschew the coffee, a blistering caffeine headache will ensue. If you eat breakfast, you can't drink the CDS for at least an hour, I think. Same goes for lunch. If you take morning supplements, and/or meds, that's another problem. I suspect many folks will have difficulty fitting it in if they do it properly.

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

if you are not sick, take it every half hour for 2-3 hours

I guess that would be better than nothing. I might even increase the potency of the CDS, or just do MMS1. One of the old timers at this is Charlotte Lackney who has created various iterations of CLO2. She is In her 80's now, and very active on Telegram where she moderates some groups, like Scott McRae's group "CLO2 Solutions". Anyway, Charlotte makes the typical 3,000ppm CDS, but puts 40ml in her day bottle which she sips on through the day.

She has told me that there are different "schools of thought" in the CLO2 community. Not everyone is on the same page. Interesting. You may already know of Dr. Liu who uses CLO2 intratumorally(?). He is of the belief that oral ingestion is utterly ineffective in utilizing chlorine dioxide's properties. Due to its rapid oxidative reaction, which

completes within seconds upon contact with human cells, orally ingested chlorine dioxide almost certainly cannot reach areas beyond the mouth and esophagus. His thoughts, not mine.

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

Liu does not advocate oral, which makes me suspicious.

bonafidecat's avatar

Actually, he flip flops.

I absolutely love reading this material and can't get enough. Thank you for sharing this vital info and I will share, promote and heal those around me. So glad I found the good doctor (retired) Robert Yoho.

I've consulted Dave on Telegram a few times about my dog. He is a great man. Always willing to help. The world needs more people like Dave Oates.

I read the dental protocol for CD and DMSO. It was mentioned that DMSO can dissolve metals, so if I have amalgam fillings, would it be dangerous to do this protocol?

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

Your priority is not to do some protocol but to get rid of the damn amalgams! See Judas Dentistry for how I got rid of 17 of them.

Thank you for this amazing information as always. Mostly, thank you for the humility you display and for having an open mind. It is such a rare and appreciable trait.

I have read (and def can be confused) on another substack regarding CDS/MMS that you shouldn’t do the 8-10 drops MMS in a liter of water 24/7/365-since, you DY are the god of alt med in all sincerity, my brother from another mother, is this true or not? And, for most if not all, parasites and/or worms will the 8-10 drop method rid the body of these nasty creatures; if so, how long to do this method (will be moot if u can do the above 24/7/365). Again, if the 24/7/365 is ok - any anecdotal evidence this “weaker” method eventually takes care of other heath issues? And, any specific guidance/evidence for prostate enlargement and/or kidney issues ie high microalbumin? As always love all your interviews, and as usual the guests have sooo much info to share sometimes one interview is def not enough - more like 3-5! Keep’em coming sweet man!

Love the positive feedback. Here are my impressions:

1) it's one to 21 pre-activated drops (double this if you count both components) in a liter, depending on what you tolerate. Some people do baths and even enemas. If you are not experiencing herxing and feel well, continue if you have a good reason. Otherwise, do it a couple of days a week. Some recommend two hours twice a week as routine maintenance.

2) microscopic parasites are killed but worms are more resistant. However, they hate the change in their environment and can be killed with conventional meds.

3) Look at the Apocalypse Almanac for more detail and answers to your questions. Many other health issues are cured. Read the DMSO section, and I'd consider taking a tablespoon a day for a large prostate.

pnelson947@gmail.com's avatar

Dr. did you mean teaspoon on the DMSO, not tablespoon. AMD on Substack protocol is teaspoon.

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

untrue

start at a teaspoon a day and increase to a tablespoon twice a day as tolerated and needed

I agree that Humble's book is essential. It's not a breezy read, but the 3 main protocols are laid out clearly and are solid gold. (I bought everything I could find about CLO2 and DMSO. Nothing else comes close.)

Jim Humble Book 3 is the best!
