These legal skills appear to be the most important aspect of this post, and I plan to study them. I could have used them earlier in my career.

When guest Ann Marie Michaels mentioned Dr. Lee Merritt [ https://www.drleemerritt.com/ ] it was just too too coincidental as I had earlier this morning posted a comment elsewhere referencing Dr. Lee Merritt's work in exposing the PLANdemic fraud.

I noticed the humility of your guest and noticed how she is doing what she is meant to do, i.e., facilitate and spread truth.

Now is the time for many "bombshell" truths to be uncovered and brought to light.

Divorce Corp is an excellent documentary and book. Both were released in 2014. I called it Night Court (yes, on record, after my step-father had me arrested for calling him an abusive a-hole. I was literally “Swatted”, which is nuts. I read my own discovery to find out that I was listed as Hispanic when I am Irish and English and insisted upon a jury trial as they were going to have to prove I was Hispanic as well as copious errors. He pulled all the same harassment crap with my mother when she tried to leave him. By my way of thinking, if one literally looks and behaves like Jack Nicholson in The Shining, there might be a problem and the shoe might fit. Anyhow, the documentary is informative with regards to shenanigans in family court. Bill Eddy’s book, Splitting, is also informative. Framed: Women In the Family Court Underworld by Dr. Christine M. Cocchiola and Amy Polacko is useful, too.

Thank you so much for this. Perfect timing. I spent years in litigation with scorched earth people and had to learn to defend myself as well. I bought constitutional law books and a Blacks Law Dictionary. My litigation days are still not over but it is inspiring to hear about another person having learned and battled, too. I have assembled quite the court wardrobe now that my Brooks Brothers clothing is gone...from a “Girls Just Want to Have Fundamental Rights” t-shirt, a Bill of Rights t-shirt (figured I’d just wear it on my chest since creepy people were photographing my butt -not my face-walking in and out of our local court houses, which a guard I hired pointed out to me...just cannot make this up) to a Self Love Recovery Institute t-shirt that reads “It’s never to late to be what you might have been” on the back. I learned to file my own motions as well. This is a great post, thanks. The battle is real at this point.

Thank you. I told the last judge I saw that I was going to start my own law firm and call it Bitches In Britches. Perhaps I actually will. Since learning the law, I have helped two other people with their legal struggles. Paying it forward, you know?

I have officially reset gender my roll as Swiffer to clean up the messes of people with no impulse control. Unfortunately, a whole lot of people are involved now and that is not my problem. It’s a really excellent time to know our constitutional rights. We have Real ID to contend with and I am not complying with that, either.

Bunny trail: Doc, you were right and I was wrong.

I am scratching my head. Here is Malone, who not so long ago smeared the Means siblings as "parachuted into MAHA by the CIA" who now has the chutzpah to write a super positive article about Casey, denounce those who question her appointment (he has the sadz about all those mean people) and never ever mentions the fact that he criticized both in very harsh terms. I have up to this point followed Malone (he runs a great substack) with an open mind. But this turns him into a..... slimebag.

And turns all those people questioning the Means siblings into folks who ought to be listened to.

Malone is obvious, but over half of the Freedom Movement people are shills paid in God knows what coin. Best wishes Erin
