since I've been receiving your articles I have all of these things in my cabinet just wanted you to know you've made a difference and I use the chlorine dioxide on an adopted cat that had gingivitis borderline stomatitis So far it's been working thank you
I’ve recently had near-miraculous results with treating a psychotropic-caused injury to my mitochondrial respiratory complexes (I, II, and III) with taking a combination of methylene blue and creatine. … I’m honestly astonished how quickly many of my symptoms have resided.
My MSIDS (Lyme & coinfections) symptoms have also been dramatically reduced.
For the first time in 15+ years I am experiencing what it’s like for my body to heal. It’s been nothing short of life changing…
Thanks for the informative article on MB. I have a few suggestions for making things a bit clearer for non-scientists.
When you talk about mg/kg, I find that confusing. First of all, I don't think in terms of kg for body weight. In the US, pounds are the de facto standard. I would find it much clearer if you clarified it by saying something like, for a 180 lb male, that translates to x mg. Then it is much easier to scale it for whatever your own weight might be.
Secondly, do you recommend liquid or powder form? Or does it matter? For liquid, it would be helpful to translate mg to drops. My understanding is that 2 drops equals 1 mg. Is that right?
Sorry if I am just being lazy, but I think your article would be clearer to most readers if you made these dosage standards clearer.
mg to drops depends on the supplier. Many are 2 drops to 1 mg. But Meraki Medical MB is 4 drops to 1 mg.
mg to kg is standard dosage information used by the medical and research community. The math to convert pounds to kg is simple division, or you can just type "how many kg is 180 pounds" into your browser and presto chango, your browser will tell you it's 81.6 kg. Also, not everyone reading this article uses pounds for their weight, right? It's just Americans. The rest of the world uses kg I believe.
Yes, I realize that the conversion from lb to kg is not difficult, but most people will find it annoying to have to cut away and do that conversion while reading an article that already has a lot of information to absorb.
I understand the metric units are superior for science and engineering, but most Americans just don't think in those terms. Degrees Farenheit means something to me because I've used it my whole life. Degrees C does not mean much to me in terms of comfort and feel until I convert it to degrees F. Ditto for body weight in kg.
right. I get that. But the pound to kg is so simple and has to be done only once. Once you know your weight in kg, then you know it. You have to do that calculation only once, but you're asking the writer to do it multiple times. Every time he quotes a study, you want him to convert mg/kg to mg/pound, right? seems a bit lopsided to me. How much time does he spend researching the article and then writing the article, compared to how much time we spend reading it?
No, this article is not a scientific paper, so I just think it would be clearer for most readers if he talked about doses in easily understandable terms without requiring conversions. It's not just this author; others often do the same thing. For liquid MB, most people just want to know how many drops he is talking about. When I see mg/kg of body weight, my eyes glaze over, and I suspect the same is true of most readers. By the way, it was not easy to find the number of drops per mg either when I first tried MB.
We in the non US have to do your conversions.. figure it out.. Sorry, but if you are smart enough to read these article, you must be smart enough to make the conversions.
Just Americans using this American based English speaking channel and format listening to the advice of an American Doctor who is using largely American research. Why bother catering to Americans, their not important. …Are you kidding me?
how do you know it's just Americans? And why the sarcasm? I explained why mg is used for dosing, because that's how the doses are measured, yes even in research done by Americans and dosing prescribed by American doctors.
Really as individual just find sweet spot. I started with one drop! Now I do a dropper full before lunch. MB use for Lyme etc is not even known by most doctors. When we are infected by lab made ticks we have to experiment to get better.
Dr Klinghardt ( See Klinghardt Institute.com) has 51 yrs clinical experience . Lyme is one of the diseases he treats very successfully, mostly with herbs. He is doing a series of free talks on Lyme re-activated in Post- COVID Medicine and treatments and testing Very GOOD
I tried MB for 3 months. No side effects I could see, other than blue coloring of stuff. It did have positive effects for a trial I was running on myself.
Recently, I saw this video from Sabine Hazan on MB and her observations on what it did to the ... microbiome.
I just seen a video this morning on artemisia. Also a malarial anti parasitic. You can grown your own...
Great biofilm breakers are orgeno oil, black seed oil, thyme and colloidal silver. I had a bad kidney infection with a biofilm that gave me a public health number in Canada. Those are the four things I used to bust the biofilm as they hurt me with antibiotics. Thyme tea is not too bad! oregano oil hurts going down! black seed oil is easier but still tastes awful but sometimes you need to swallow things in a liquid form as opposed to a capsule to get the full benefit.
I understand with oils you want to have them absorbed as much as possible in you mouth cheeks are very absorbing in your mouth. Far better than your stomach and gut is what I read.
I just started MB for reasons in your article, but I've had tremors for about a year that are getting worse, so I found this part of your article especially helpful and when I looked up Escitalopram, all by itself is known for tremors! Since I've mentioned these to my doc three times now without her doing anything, I'm going to find a new doc. Also, thank you for discussing dosage amounts. Such thorough information.
Search my archives for information about SSRIs, and you could probably start with "Butchered by Healthcare." They're terrible drugs; they've never been shown to work in double-blind placebo-controlled trials. They are very difficult to discontinue because they are tremendously addictive.
I've been using gentian violet as a topical antiseptic ( and the otolaryngologist used it for a strep throat years 50 years ago, when doctors were doctors ). I wonder if anyone has investigated it for internal use? Seems it would have related properties to MB, as both are dyes, but gentian violet is a botanical....
I have benefited from your articles Dr. Yoho and appreciate the work you've been doing. I have had achalasia for 60 years now - it was DX when I was 19. About three years after a trip to visit my sister in Colombia, South America. A GI who treated me about 10 years ago when we were first consulting, he asked whether I'd ever been to central or South America. He said there were some studies that link the condition to parasites in the water and environment in those areas. My condition has worsened over the years. There were many years I had no symptoms but they returned in 2002 and I have had dialations with increasing frequency over the years, including getting botox on the sphincter muscle that keeps the food from going down. My esophagus is so stretched from the years of food accumulation they physicians who've done EGDs/dialations on my have compared it to the size of a normal stomach. Two years ago I had a heller myotomy and the symptoms have started returning within the past month or two. I'm wondering whether MB with the anti parasitic qualities may help maybe combining with ivermectin and or chlorine dioxide. I'm thinking this is coming back all the time, even after surgery because the parasites are still there? I don't think it's 100% reflux, as the physician who did the surgery thought (with some reason as he said the area was somewhat inflamed) but I do take famitodine (had a bad reaction to protonix). Thank you for the sourcing I plan to start a low dose routine. (Over the past six months I've gone from about 114 lbs to around 100!)
Gonna try that too! Starting with MB and fenbendazole....and hubby has zollinger ellison syndrome= DX in 2018. Since surgery no growth but he and I sure would be happy if there weren't any tumors to keep watch on - they couldn't remove about 5-7 from his liver back then so he goes for MRIs and Pet scans every six months, alternating between the two scan methods. The only other treatment he receives is every 4 week injection of octreotide at the infusion center locally. The surgeon who removed the large and tumor in his abdomen, and about 20 of the tumors in his liver said that apparently the pre-surgery 10 month long administration of octreotide did seem to shrink the larger and smaller tumors as they were smaller than the scans had indicated. The octreotide is basically to suppress gastrin production from the remaining tumors. They check his gastrin levels every three months, and when ZES was DX the gastrin was 800, it has been constantly at or below 50 since octreotide injections were begun.
Thank you Dr. Yolo, for pointing the other treatment out!
Read my "Cure Cancer in the Kitchen" chapter from Apocalypse Almanac and the recent Finbendazole post about Finbendazole curing cancer. No guarantees, and I'm not treating, but this is what I would do.
I couldn't find capsules with a low enough dose to help avoid herx, but bluesun does have drops that I'm intending to start soon. 1/2 ML is equal to about 5 mg MB. Just search amazon for methylene blue liquid. It popped up near the top.
I had been taking liquid MB for about two weeks, just a few ml a day, when I started getting a swollen tongue and sore mouth and gum tissue. I couldn't trace those symptoms to anything else I was taking (i.e., supplements, and the only drug I take is LDN). I'm wondering if this is an allergic reaction to accumulated MB, or something else. Has anybody ever heard of this kind of response to MB?
I had the same issue and diluted it with water and that stopped it but taking it straight yes I experienced the same thing it was very painful. The back of my tounge was swollen feeling and uncomfortably painful thank you for sharing your experience now I know for sure that was it. 👍
I just started taking 12mg a day. About two years ago I had two tick borne illnesses. STARI and Babesia. Two frozen shoulders and extreme fatigue. 8 months on doxycycline. About ruined my gut microbiome. Doc said I probably had the tick illnesses for a couple of years.
I was thinking the methane blue would take care of any resistant critters.
Great information. Very much appreciated. Thank you 😊
What are people’s thoughts on using chlorine dioxide vs MMS? I had read an essay from Dr. Yoho where he was using MMS; has his preference changed to CDS, and for what reason please? Our family found MMS easier to make, and thus have been using it over CDS based on some of Dr. Yoho’s experiences. We wonder if he or someone can clarify the differences as currently understood between using CDS and MMS? Thank you so much! Since I’ve had great trouble sleeping, as a widow with three children, I am grateful for Dr. Yoho’s and everyone’s contributions to our understanding of how to heal more effectively.
Chlorine dioxide solution (CDS) is a form of chlorine dioxide that was popularized by Andreas Kalker. It is not as strong as MMS-1 and is much less convenient to make. Many people find the instructions for manufacturing CDS off-putting and are intimidated by the process. MMS 1, on the other hand, is manufactured from simple ingredients in an extremely simple way that takes seconds. Since MMS 1 is stronger, it produces more Herxheimer reactions than CDS, but CDS has never cured malaria or autism, whereas MMS 1 has. MMS 1 can be diluted to produce effects identical to CDS.

I recommend pre-made capsules. Everything else is too much trouble.
What brand can be trusted? Any on Amazon?
Really a dropper full in water of a source you know is better!
Filling capsules is a mess and unless you know the source don’t do it.

good point. It doesn't have to be precise. Just know what the max dose is and be sure not to exceed that.
you mean they're not important... Are you kidding me?
I agree 100% with your conclusions and suggestions. I hope he listens. It's my understanding. That 2 drops = 1mg .as well
Thank you for interesting part 2.
Personally I’ve found it vital to ensure all pathways are open and working well. Bowel, respiratory, skin etc. Far few reactions.
Sun Fruit Dan is an eccentric British nutritionist who used to post short and informative MB info. Brighteon is where I watched his excellent work.
Sun fruit Dan's useful videos have been a useful source for me. His knowledge is vast.
My fave combo is MB. CD and turpentine! Gotta cut out all seed oils and sugar also.

Post MB, I concluded it might be a good idea to refloralize my microbiome. That's what I'm doing right now. "Super gut yogurt."
I make my own yogurt with bifidobacter.
Can this be used safely for dogs with Lyme disease.?
yes but I'm no veterinarian, so don't blame me for anything.

Oregano oil burns like a mother in your mouth and made my eyes shed tears while I pounded the counter with my hand. lol
Another good one for bacteria, fungus and virus is grapefruit seed extract, tastes gross and bitter too! I have a shooter glass for it.

There is gentian in chocolate bitters that tastes pretty good when added to beverages.
We can't have that in Canada.
Must be good, then!
Isn't that the truth!
Glad you didn't take offense....One never knows, these days, how another person perceives "reality!"
