I am delighted to finally see what I learned during my 15 year sojourn as a lymphoma patient within the cancer treatment industry: 1. Shrinking tumors is a false endpoint, though if the tumor is threatening an organ, it's of use. I used to tell everybody about this discovery but their eyes glazed over. Sigh. 2. Some cancers are curable or treatable with conventional treatment. They are a few. But if you have one of them, it makes sense to use it, while preparing a plan B if the treatment fails you. 3. Palliative treatment has not proven its value in clinical trials. Nobody wants to finance people who are already dying. But the docs sell it heavily anyway, and even though I knew this going in, when the chemo quit working, it was horribly hard to go against this pressure. On the other hand, if I hadn't, I'd long be dead. The doc himself told me that the palliative chemo would probably destroy what remained of my bone marrow, and my kidneys too. Yeah! Way to go, mainstream oncology! Lazy docs' medicine.

love it

Such an astute comment that I pinned it to the top of the comments.

Thank you, Dr. Supple and Robert for using your megaphone to inform the world about the safety and efficacy of this drug for cancer patients. When I think about how my husband unnecessarily suffered and died 12 years ago it makes me so sad. I wish I knew then what I know now.

I watched in horror as The Seattle Cancer Machine (there’s a cancer foundation on every corner there), speed killed my dear 48yo cousin with their “therapies”. We need to collectively pull ourselves and our fellow humans out of the oncology medical trance. Thank you Drs Yoho and Supple for your brave work ❤️.

Re: "deaths disappear"

Take note. "Cured cases disappear as well." No doctor, clinic, hospital, medical system, nor insurance company tracks cured cases - inside or outside of the system.

Cured is not even medically defined for cases of cancer, which ensures that no so-called "alternative cured cases" can be recognized.

Yep. Among the many oncologists I had, not one followed up later to see how I am doing. Even though one of the treatments I underwent was still novel. And the hospital where my biopsy slides are stopped writing to me to see if I am alive long long ago. (31 years post diagnosis now).

Robert, PLEASE do a podcast on your use of Claude and how others can do the same. The general public has no idea their care is now dictated more by some programmer at Epic than their providers. The modern EHR is a criminal enterprise I hope to watch AI dismantle quickly.

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

Claude is brilliant, but it needs judgment to use properly. If you have no background in the subject, it's very hard to set up the proper questions. I appreciate your suggestion and will consider it.

Dave Kartzman's avatar

In the podcast, you said:

"Patients and physicians should know both drugs, understand their respective advantages, and recognize that the definitive comparison has not been done. Taking either drug, OR BOTH, alongside other interventions, is the strongest position available with current evidence."

I have low-grade prostate cancer and have been alternating between Mebendazole and Fenbendazole over the last few years. Is it safe to take both at the same time?

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

This is unclear, but you should definitely consider chlorine dioxide. See the Apocalypse Almanac linked at the top of every post of mine and read the chapters on chlorine dioxide and the one on how to cure cancer in your kitchen.

Kelly Holland's avatar

Yes, I can very much vouch for chlorine dioxide. Ive helped treat 5 different cancers and 2 were end stage “ go home and die” cancers and every single one of the folks who followed the cancer protocol from JIm Humbles “Health Recovery Guide”, were cancer free after only 2 months. All of them in only 2 months.

Im also not anyone with any certain medical training or some super genius, Im just a regular person who cares for others and who is hellbent on trying to prevent losing another person to our so called health care industry.

Mary's avatar

Add Ivermectin to the Fenbendazole (12 mg) - you don’t need two drugs in the same family. IVM you can do three days on and four days off. Daily if your cancer markers are increasing or high.

Yvonne M Abernethy's avatar

Well, I cannot buy Panacur at Tractor Supply without a PRESCRIPTION from a veterinarian. I don't have a pet. I have a workaround, but I would like to be able to not be sneaky...that's what it feels like. I recommend Dr. Supple's book. The historical context is very intereseting.

Scrub-Texas's avatar

You can currently order panacur without a script online at tractor supply OR order it from amazon without a script - ordered it tons of times from both until i purchased in bulk (cheaper) at fenben labs.

Yvonne M Abernethy's avatar

What state are you in? I'm in NC and I see something like "will ship with prescription verification" on the Tractor Supply website.

USAMNESIA's avatar

There is no issue in GA where I live. Also, I see a "Subscription( NOT prescription) option when selecting the product online..... but thats if you want it delivered on a fixed schedule. Have you actually tried to purchase in the store?

Regardless, its available online in many places. We now use Happy Healing from NC.:

https://thehappyhealingstore.com/product/fenben-pure-powder/

This will last 18 months if using 3/4 schedule.

We do the 3 days on/4 days off of 222mg. original protocol for a stage 4 Prostate cancer patient...started 8 years ago alongside the cancer drug and a hormone injection(every 6 months)

Heres a great resource for all kinds of info:

Have a great week.

Yvonne M Abernethy's avatar

Thank you for the information. I will check it out.

Dawn's avatar

Dr. Yoho, I listened to your interview with Bill Supple and am currently listening to his book. I bought some fenbendazole, but I am still not sure how to take it as a preventative measure. I know some countries have their people take it twice a year, but does that mean like one day twice a year, or more like 5 days twice a year?

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

There are no clear guidelines, but I think everyone should have a good deworming about every four months at a minimum. We don't have perfect information about exactly how much to take, but I think taking it for a few days to a week at 222 mg a day is a reasonable preventive measure every four to six months. If it's good for the doggies, it's probably good for us, too.

Thank you!

Blue1818's avatar

Dr. Yoho, where can I buy legitimate Ivermectin and Fenben? There are so many scams out there?

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

Drugs like this that are widely used in India are not typically scams, and you can go to these Indian pharmacies, such as All Day Chemist, and buy them. You can get them domestically as either Pet Treatment or Fenbenazole Lab dot com.

mejbcart's avatar

Robert, the animal food stores are increasing the ivermectin prices, it went from ~9.0$ in Dec 25 to now 16.99$, for example for the Durvet product. I found another cheaper source from 'Horse Health products' (Farnam Companies Inc., Phoenix,AZ), like all the other, with description: Ivermectin paste 1.87%. When at home, I read actually the label:

1. do NOT use in horses intended for human consumption

2. NOT for use in humans

3. Refrain from smoking and eating when handling...

It is for HORSES only! Even pregnant ones, little ones. BUT, apparently, other animal species like dogs, can die after taking it... The store will not take it back! I do not have a horse;(((

Oh, and while on the non-researched parasites -> cancer topic. Here from a scientific source today (https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC12710904/pdf/KGMI_17_2599562.pdf):

"Discovery and characterization of antitumor gut microbiota from amphibians and reptiles: Ewingella americana as a novel therapeutic agent with dual cytotoxic and immunomodulatory properties"

that Yersiniaceae family(!!!!) bugs were injected INTRAVENOUSLY in the 'humanized' mice and killed the cancer shortly afterwards... REPTILES are coming to help us, HUMANS!

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

I would take a horse medicine in a heartbeat, but that's just me. You're going to have to make your own decision.

mejbcart's avatar

well, then will test it out first on the neighbor cats which poop in my veggies, regularly...

sehalmiller (null)'s avatar

i've given the injectable ivermectin to Orally my cats for years 1/10 of the cc per 10 pounds and my hundred pound cats 1 mL /cc per hundred pounds and it won't hurt the cats or the dogs I don't know where that information came from its use regulated by dads

Dawn's avatar

🤣

Blue1818's avatar

Also, Dr. Yoho; has a cancer prevention protocol have ever been developed?

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

I think twice a week, chlorine dioxide for a couple of hours, is a reasonable prospect.

Blue1818's avatar

Is this in conjunction with the ivermectin and fenbendazole? Is there a spreadsheet or paper for this prevention protocol to see? I have Chlorine Dioxide and I usually just take it once a day in the morning. Your thoughts?

Janet's avatar

I’ve been using horse gel DMSO from TSC for 2 years. No problems. Helps my knees. My husband has taken IVM and FenBen for bladder cancer along with the immune therapy. 3 all clear reports since summer 2025.

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

See my DMSO articles. I think I have four of them. You can get DMSO reliably from dmsostore.com. I take it orally every day, probably around two tablespoons in water.

mejbcart's avatar

Robert what's the starting concentration of your DMSO stock solution? And in what amount of water are you taking it?? An incredible 'cold' is here...

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

DMSOstore.com supplies 100% DMSO, and I dilute it at various concentrations for different uses. I use a tablespoon or two in a glass of water for oral consumption.

I bought one of those horse tubes for a friend in Europe recently, and was rudely surprised, it was not a gel but a thin white paste with extra chemicals to preserve it. For some reason, they all now say "paste" but I found that Jeffers is gel (though it also says paste on the box). The gel does not need the extra chemicals to keep it stable. On amazon, you will see one of the explanatory pics showing "gel."

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

You don't need to put up with cream preparations for oral use. Buy capsules or tablets from Indian pharmacies or elsewhere. See my articles.

mejbcart's avatar

or elsewhere?

Where and do they do it for CASH? That's the only way I want to pay...

mejbcart's avatar

the white paste Zimecterin is actually produced by Boehringer Ingelheim => MONSANTO current 'home'... Just recently I found INCREDIBLE other applications of this one and other ivermectin products, all PATENTED:

the concentration range anywhere from extremely low all the way to 1.87%, where you can apply that paste directly.... The last one is from 2019, right before covid..

Butterfly2510's avatar

I wonder which auto immune disorders? Hasimotis, RA… ??!!

erin's avatar

My friend is testing it against rosacea.

mejbcart's avatar

that one went away with DMSO, in my case... But is case of neurological issues, this one is just incredible:

https://patents.justia.com/patent/20250195551

the only thing is take AWAY ALL the toxic chemicals from these recipes, they are not needed or actually might NULLIFY the results..

Liz's avatar

I have taken horse ivermectin, still here, but it can be fatal for dogs

Hi Dr. Yoho.

Do fenben tablets have an expiration date? How long is the potency good for?

Same question for ivermectin.

Kept in the original packaging unopened, room temp, stored in the dark.

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

Expiration dates were largely concocted as a scam to sell more drugs, and testing done on these expired drugs shows wide potency. You can read more in "Butchered by Healthcare."

Butterfly2510's avatar

Good to know. I always believed that but didn’t know 100%!!

SteveBC's avatar

Dr Robert, you should talk with Dr Frank Shallenberger in Carson City about his use of melatonin to stop the cancer from growing while he kills the cancer with insulin and small doses of chemo. Very effective. For the many who can tolerate large amounts of melatonin, it is a game changer, as it buys time for experimentation to identify the drug(s) that will kill a person's specific cancer. You can try fenbendazole and be one of the 20% it doesn't work for and still have time to try something else, without risking further growth or metastasis of your cancer while you experiment.

Robert Yoho, MD's avatar

I have been to see him as a patient.

SteveBC's avatar

Oh, OK. I hope it helped. I have a friend who is working with him now, and he has her on a gram of melatonin a day (longstanding cancer case). This is such a good adjunct therapy and so generally useful that I am surprised it is not more commonly discussed on the web. It's an excellent adjunct to a treatment protocol that uses IVM and Fenben. It helps reduce substantially the damage from x-rays (dental, CAC, etc.). It should have a lot more coverage than it does, but I never see it discussed anywhere else.

Mary L.'s avatar

Did you see Dr Yoho’s article where he linked a talk that Dr Shallenberger gave about how he uses high dose melatonin for cancer patients? October 25th, 2025
