Does L-Serine supplement really cause cancer? I tried it once, it had a nice, calming effect, but then I read that it feeds cancer cells and, horrified, I haven't touched it since. Yet, it would be nice to try for insomnia
OK, they tell me I need bunion surgery and in order to do that they want to administer an IV aesthetic. Since Covid I haven’t allowed any healthcare professional to touch me with a needle and I’ve given up all my oral meds. Is there any practitioner or approach that you would recommend in this case?
Good morning Robert. I listened to a podcast the other night was talking about fecal transplants for Parkinson’s. And also helped with the constipation tha is associated with it.
Great stuff, I’ve had this chemical imbalance bs argument for years! People in my field get very cranky when you ask for evidence.
My darling dad, now 95 when into aged care with NO meds. Now on an antidepressant, something daily for constipation, sleeping tables and antibiotics! According to my mum who is sharp as a whip mum he never had any problem with any of those things before he went in.
Talk about a captive audience of elderly people 💰💰💰💰
I finally realized that if I eat "gluten" or sugar I sleep horribly. If I eat "clean" I sleep well. Easy to know... sometimes not so easy to practice 🥴. Thank you Dr. Yoho! I assume all Rx meds are laden with fluoride at some level so I try to avoid as much as possible. There’s a special place in hell for physicians who write multiple scripts for their patients. They know. And we know they know!
When you rause 8 children, going to sleep becomes mechanical. You flip the switch and rest while you can, then you bounce off of a few walls to change a diaper, help someone to the potty or bring a baby to Momma. As my Father would say, "There's plenty of time to sleep when you're dead". Sleep is over rated when we're young and makes you soft when you age. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. We heal while we sleep so sleep is clearly important. If someone can't sleep, they may benefit from micro dosing of properly dried Amanita Muscaria (AM) which is legal in 49 states. Only in Louisiana is AM illegal. I've read that AM can cure any addiction for example. The same mushroom depicted in Alice Ign Wonderland, gifts from God, can cure bad habbits. For me, sleep is just a decision, awake one moment, asleep at will. When you are building a large family while working independently, there are not enough hours in a day. All your children remember is you were not there. They forget it was to provide children with a better upbringing than they had where possible. At bed time, Flip the switch. Choose to sleep.
Your insomnia is likely your body and mind telling you that something is wrong physiologicaly. Perhaps urine and blood testing by a Food as Medicine doctor like William Li on YouTube. Another great resource is Barbara O'Neil of Living Well Retreat could help you to learn about natural God given foods that fill dietary voids. Stopping everything with sugar, alcohol, junk food, fast food or soda pop plus exercise is a great place to start. Perhaps cardio. Join planet fitness or your local Dojo. Spend sweaty time with your lover. Get tired enough, you will forget you ever had insomnia. If you have a guilty conscience, ask God for Forgiveness. Be well, Relax, Rest. Amen.
I'd be interested in a deeper dive into cannabis. I was the poster boy for marijuana back in the early 1970's, when it was 1/5 to 1/10 the potency of what is available today. I wouldn't smoke it today, as I have COPD, but also because there is a growing body of evidence connecting it to psychosis and violence (See Alex Berenson's Tell Your Children, among others). My understanding is that that's related to much higher THC content in modern weed. I wonder if it's the other cannabinoids derived from it that others find helpful for sleep. I know a couple of people who claim to have cured all manner of ills with CBD. I've become a cannabis skeptic over the years, but it seems like this might be a fruitful area of research.
I have heard that marijuana is planted to "clean up the soil" so much of THC and CBD is laden with toxins from the soil. Add to it whatever they spray it with. My body doesn't do well with either so I generally avoid both.
Berenson is certainly the antithesis of a "doper"; a look at his Substack (Unreported Truths) might be worth your while. He's good at documenting his articles, and you might get clued in to some more sober sources. I feel a similar skepticism toward the exotic claims regarding CBD. That marketplace is like the Wild West right now.
Thank you. Just about played out but I continue not to leave all the damage induced quietly. Your work and struggle means a lot to many. Just wanted you to know that.
The problem is, our population is being poisoned with a chemical that calcifies the pineal gland, that which is important for sleep. Yet I never, ever see doctors talking about it. Natural sleep aids? how about first we talk about the poison that limits the ability to sleep, which then makes people sick.
Not one doctor or dentist I have challenged on this, has replied. They hide from the truth, afraid talkin about it will affect the bottom line. Because this argument is plain fact, in your face non arguable fact. This evasion reflects on the profession profoundly, and makes mockery of do no harm. The medical profession is silent and complicit.

Pervasive poisonings with Fluoride and associated toxins
"Every major physiological function in the human body depends on the smooth operation of enzymes — complex proteins that drive everything from digestion to DNA repair. Fluoride cripples this system at the root. It binds with magnesium, zinc, and calcium — the cofactors needed by hundreds of essential enzymes — and inhibits or distorts their action."
"What fluoride does to the pineal gland:
• The pineal gland has high blood flow and readily absorbs fluoride
• Fluoride accumulates in hydroxyapatite crystals within the gland, leading to calcification
• Melatonin output declines — not just sleep is impaired, but whole-body circadian balance collapses"

Do you dissolve it in water? I can usually get to 1:30 to 2:30. I fall asleep easily at 9:30. I’ve been told it’s an early cortisol rise. Sometimes I have a little orange juice with a pinch of salt bedside. Glucose can bring down cortisol. It works but not always. Maybe add sodium bicarbonate?
Why the heck do you need toxic drugs for anything? If you do, it is because you are poisoned or toxic and believe you need more toxic stuff because that is all your silly doctors know.
To add more poisons to the mix calling it a cure.
It is natural and normal for a person to sleep 1/3 of their lives. If you cannot get the sleep you require, drugs and tonics are not the answer. Either stop further poisonings and let your body have a chance to clear and recycle back to its origins.
Or dig into your fleeting mind...that is the never ending flow of thoughts that you do not process as even being there since you are mentally asleep. Slow them down by concentrating on your breathing only...the actual process of breathing...focus on that for as long as you can.
I have been on melatonin for 20 years , starting at 3 mg. and progressing to 10 mg. for many years. and then read doris Loh. a researcher, and now take high dose melatonin , and sleep well. and thru the night , she works with Russell Reiter ,another researcher , both on utube .
Robert, sorry for a somewhat unrelated question: If you drink a teaspoon of 99% DMSO in about 275 ml of a liquid, will it dissolve your composite fillings or any other type of dental work (ceramic crowns, titanium implants)?
do you take that for pain? My husband has lots of pain issues and i bought some 99% DMSO but have been afraid to use it on him and cause any more problems. he has cancer, although after taking fenben and ivermectin, it is inactive and the tumor that metastasized to his arm has shrunk.

I tried to find a podcast again with no luck. It’s lost somewhere in YouTube land

i'm on that see my stool transplant post

“The original Prozac approval studies proved that they cause violence.”
Guns don’t kill people. People on Prozac kill people.

“Choose to sleep”. Ha. A person who says that has never suffered insomnia - and it is a form of suffering. Consider yourself lucky.

I'm interested too and considered writing about it, but conclusions are hard to come by because most of the people researching it are dopers...

The inconsistencies I found led me to ghost Berenson years ago. You have better sources.
I just came across this today, and thought it might be of interest:

Off topic question but have you written about hypertension and alternatives in treatment?
Many thanks for being a voice speaking to truth many have suspected but got shunned for vocalizing.
not yet

this is good
Since your ideal drug is sodium based, have you tried sodium bicarbonate.
Dr. MARK SIRCUS has a wonderful book. I take half teaspoon when awakened around midnight.
A sign of mental health is dreaming. I always see a hollywood production just before waking

I take 200 mg
I use bulksupplements.com
Sharon, What brand do you use?
Robert, sorry for a somewhat unrelated question: If you drink a teaspoon of 99% DMSO in about 275 ml of a liquid, will it dissolve your composite fillings or any other type of dental work (ceramic crowns, titanium implants)?
this is quite dilute and no
I was concerned about plastics in my shoulders and eye lenses
no there too; i did the research
I drink a quart of water daily with 1.5 tablespoons of DMSO
Does DMSO help with anxiety or insomnia?
do you take that for pain? My husband has lots of pain issues and i bought some 99% DMSO but have been afraid to use it on him and cause any more problems. he has cancer, although after taking fenben and ivermectin, it is inactive and the tumor that metastasized to his arm has shrunk.
