Firstly, apologies for not having responded sooner to receiving your substack as I have been " unavailble " for the last week.
But many thanks for all of your comments within that!!
It's not exactly how I would have described the inter-relationship between Microcurrent and PEMF, but no matter, you very successfully highlighted and brought to attention some of the benefits of Microcurrent / Arc4Health, with some very positive results and activity, for which I thank you sincerely.
We have already had a number of purchases where your code has been used so the word is spreading.
I suspect that I have previously sent to you attachments, Literature Reviews regarding the effectiveness of Microcurrent / the ARC, for pain and for tissue repair, but in case I am wrong I am attaching them hereto.
Attached, also, are links to papers published in Peer Reviewed Journals ( following randomised controlled trials ) which show that prophylactic use has a significant impact in mitigating the effects of lactic acid and DOMS ( Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness ).
This does have significance for anyone engaging in physical activity, but especially so for elite athletes.
Although it wasn't realised at the time, this probably accounts for the hugely unexpected success of a GB Olympic Squad at the 2012 Olympic Games.
68 members of that squad had / used an ARC for the 6 months prior to those games. The squad exceeded their expected medal tally by + 50% !!
Attached, also, information regarding the efficacy of the ARC for Long Covid, MCAS, Mould Toxicity, etc, and a letter from Prof Gordon Turnbull, a Psychiatrist, an expert on Trauma, and a leading European authority on PTSD.
I read your document on sub stack about PEMFs. I appreciate the mentions about our work. BTW, the table you cite of the indications for PEMF therapy from Power Tools for Health is fully referenced with research studies to support these actions. There are over 500 such references in the book, with rare studies supporting benefits. As could be expected, the references are all over the place in terms of magnetic field intensities.
I am not a physicist and have never pretended to be. But Bryant is also not a doctor or clinician of any kind.
I've attached some chat GPT research I did about magnetic fields and PD. Low intensity PEMFs will simply not do adequate justice to the disease process and PD. That is why there is so much research using high-intensity PEMF systems like TMS. Unfortunately, treatments of TMS are limited by insurance, not covering PD and the equipment is very expensive, magnitudes more than the ultra flash. There are other high-intensity PEMF devices available that cost even more, and are not necessarily more cost-effective in terms of treatment, not to mention the inconvenience of having to go to a facility to get treatment.
Both Bryant and iMRS and Bemer have virtually no supportive data to maintain their position that high-intensity PEMFs are harmful. Their statements are self-serving and fly completely in the face of TMS 10,000-30,000 Gauss research.
The VAST majority of PEMF research, now more than several thousand studies, including the ones done on extremely very high-intensity PEMFs, that is, TMS, range in intensities above 10000G. The iMRS is under one Gauss and the Bemer may get up to four Gauss.
On the topic of magnetic field intensity measurement, I try to keep this complex topic simple by using the inverse square law, which is used by radiation therapy to calculate dose into the body. So, medicine is quite familiar with this concept. However, I have buddies in the PEMF field who say we should really be using the inverse cube law. The Biot-Savart Law is also commonly used.
Because I'm writing to a lay audience, I needed to keep the concept of the reduction of the intensity of the magnetic field with distance simple. For better or for worse, I chose the inverse square law, something that I was familiar with from medicine.
Because of the complexity of PEMF therapy and the fact that the magnetic field produced by these devices have complex field configurations, all we can do is provide approximations. And, because of calculations of Faraday's law, and given how important it is in terms of induced charges in the body, again, I wanted to keep the concepts simple. As you can see from some of this review in ChaTGPT, very low intensity PEMF therapy is basically for wellness uses. Unfortunately, my realization for this came after years of starting to use PEMF therapy. It just did not help deal with pathology deeper in the body. This is why Faraday's law is so important for medical use . Unfortunately most of the PEMF scientific literature rarely gives the dB/dT (slew rate), especially at the various levels that PEMFs treat into the body.
Based on this Table, the Biot-Savart Law can significantly over-estimate the magnetic field intensity , given the 3D nature of therapeutic magnetic fields.
And, when you get down to magnetic field intensities at the level of the Earth's magnetic field ~0.5 Gauss, the Earth's magnetic field affects the biologic actions, causing "interference" with the results. Again, these concepts become way too complex.
I'm afraid Bryant is not a very open-minded person, never mind a scientist. Is he a failed PhD (MS vs ABD - all but dissertation)? He has a singular ax to grind. I see him basically as a Pied Piper for the IMRs, a multilevel marketing program. I do see that you are now a distributor with one of them.
I wish you all the best in your journey. May you find something that works well for you.

Here is my reply:
Very kind of you to send me such a complete reply.
I spent nearly 100 hours on that post and let it sit around for weeks while I talked to others, read more, and modified it.
I am neither a specialist nor a hard scientist of any kind.
PEMFs are marketed so heavily that it is hard to see through all the smoke and mirrors.
Let me give this more thought and study and maybe I will write more about it
I have learned that Parkinson's people are vulnerable, so much so that even with a brief use of the ARC, I got shingles and my tremor got worse after exposure to it.
So I'm wary of high power and think I would be foolish to get a powerful machine in view of my experience and various advisors. No one has much luck with PD--with any modality or supplement or anything. I'm on ketamine nightly but that takes many months. I do not like it. See this post: https://robertyoho.substack.com/p/ketamine-cures-psychiatric-and-neurological
I judged Bryant based on his internal rhetoric. I was unable to fully understand him any more than you and did not speak w him. I suppose we must never underestimate our ability to be fooled by the next psychopath. But that was not my sense of him.
We are all involved financially (I seem to be making my first sales now). I have friends who have sold 10 BEMERS and they credibly claim that they have no unsatisfied campers.
I deeply appreciate the time that you took to write me. I cannot escape the feeling that something must be aiding your longevity.
Sensitive in more ways than one. Even as a loved one with PD it is crazy how hopeful one can be when someone claims they have treated the disease. Cruel really.
Tried to use both of your links to the Bemer but one was blank the other took me to the google menu where Bemer Products is an option? Could you post the link here please.
Dr Yoho. I wanted to sign myself and a friend up to your Fullscript account. My email is bethmacconnell@me.com and hers is patelsdipi@gmail.com. I think you have to send us an invitation? Thank you. Beth
Dr YOHO.... Your thoughts on the use of "Frequency Generators" ie RIFE style devices and any Reccomendations for quality/reasonably priced ones?? thank you for all you do 👍🏻👍🏻🙏
I am wanting to know if anyone has had trans magnetic cranial stimulation for anxiety. I had 25 sessions 5 years ago and I believe it has affeted my vision, slight hearing loss in right ear, some occassional tinnitus, dry dermatitis and itchy ears. I became severely hyperactive after it, all my senses inc skin went fast and crazy and I could not slow down for 2 years. Since then it has turned into a fibromyalgia, burning, nerve, digestive, itching, hives over stim immune responses and more. Would anyone have have experienced anything like this. Irenes work is the only thing that is making an incredible difference. I am worried it has fried my brain. I get massive fatigue sweats and body heaviness like wearing tons of wet clothing. Thank you.
Dr Yoho, thank you for all your good work , I would love for you to find someone you can interview that has experience with the TZLA plasma machine. Jeff Berwick raves on it but nothing technical. I am somewhat of a Rife technician and again would love to learn more about the TZLA
Doc, I am starting to experiment with the whole "body electric" stuff, and I am finding that if I ground to the earth (outside), my essential tremor gets perceptibly less. Hm. Could it help with P?
I use the Ondamed, it’s manufactured in Germany. I’ve seen the Ondamed work. They do have studies. It does reverse osteoporosis. It heals after surgery, I believe it increases ATP. I use it for anti stress and it works. I have used it post surgical on various people and it stopped their pain and sped up the healing process. I had an elderly friend with a giant hematoma on her hip and leg. It was months and was not healing. ❤️🩹 she came over everyday and everyday it disappeared before my eyes and was gone in one week. I used a high intensity pemf at an A4M conference. I think it was Gary Gordon’s, I sat in the chair and had one pulse on my leg. Every part of my being had a bad reaction and I literally got up and ran. I do trust my gut instincts.
Just bought the device and came back to your interview. It was suggested by a neighbor to buy one.
Your guest opened my eyes when saying that healing could take 6 months to a year.
This could be caused by the slow transit of Saturn effecting our EMF.
Hippocrates said that one who does not know astrology should not be a physician. I developed bad back pain when Saturn transited my Natal Saturn position. It happens around 72. Saturn is linked to aging and the supporting body structure.
Each natal sign is linked to a body part and mine was the arms and back in Gemini. We lost millenia of medical info that might have been helpful. Now we are turning to EMF (probably the cause of Influenza from sunspot cycles)
I will continue with my experimental device along with my other possible paradigm and like your previous post par excellence, Aspirin No Tylenol.
I would like to thank you for doing a stack on PEMF.
May I add some other details?
The main problem in world today as regards the human form as far as electromagnetic fields is the disruption of zeta potential the polarity of the blood cells are there to help each separate blood cell keep from stacking with another .
Covid injections caused Rouleaux formation RBC coin stacking.. and when this happens you get poor blood flow and an increase in prostaglandins which increase pain and inflammation , and in some case a clotting cascade, especially in those people in colder climes as the blood is more viscous especially if it has a higher saturated fat level.
PEMF should mimic the earths Schumann frequency of 7.8 hertz… this is what restores/reset zeta potential , and unstacks rouleaux .
Some PEMF have extra frequency bands such as 20 hertz which has a more powerful effect.. and 3 hertz which is useful for increase T-cell growth if placed over the thymus.
You can even place a PEMF over any fluid you are about to drink and foods such as fruit as this will restructure exclusion zone properties.. into negative ions..
When we are in health our cells are predominately negatively charged ..when in pain or inflamed we become positively charged.. and the weird thing is if you discharge (ground) or use a PEMF mat ..you will dissipate the excess positive ions ..which in turn reduce inflammation pain and muscle cramping….
I turn the direction of my device at different angles which help throw the magnetic properties of blood cells into different directions this increase your zeta potential.
The best way to reset the body is in salt water in a bath that is grounded… or a dip in the sea..
EMF bombards most households so get into the habit of switching off ALL devices .. one last thing.. never buy a house next to an electric pylon…the relationship between pylons and brain tumours is well established.. read the body electric by Becker.
Good morning, Robert.

Regarding Parkinsons...I ran into this when doing my niacin research years ago.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0165572818301115
Niacin modulates macrophage polarization in Parkinson's disease (2018)
100 and 250 mg used in this small trial showed a quality of life benefit, and it also changed macrophage polarization from M1 to M2.
I use 500-1000 mg myself. As long as you aren't scared by "the flush", niacin may also help mood. It eliminated anxiety that I didn't even know I had.
I've also used PEMF devices too. Long story there. I agree with your "don't overdo it" approach, but they sure do help reduce pain post-accident.
look into the data centers…https://outlawedbyjp.substack.com/p/emf-effects-of-data-centers
